How can i get a refund since by mistake i paid the same bill twice. My landline number is 24115320. The amount to be paid was rs 1022. I have paid rs 2044. I paid the bill online through my sb account with icici bank by debit card. I was busy with my work when the above happened. Sorry for the lapse. Kindly arrange for me to get a refund.
