[protected] was migrated from post paid to prepaid on 18/4/2017 with no bills pending and sms was received in 2 hours that the migration has been done and I recharged the num with Rs 84 however the sum showed in *444# but no incoming and outgoing since then I recharged with rs 200 and rs 199 but no effect the sum is shown in*444# but no calls then I called 1503 at 7am on 19/4/2017 but no use when I asked them to register a complaint they started cancelling my calls i want to CLAIM my loss in business

Updated by Suvir I made a complaint in the morning at 7 then again I tried at night from around 930 at 2210 some lady on 1503 whose num she said was 6014 told me that I had to do plan recharge which wasn't told or given and I told her to give me a complaint num for bad service for which she said it can't be register now I have to go to the same mtnl office in vileparle east which did not guide me properly .shame on the government network giving a chance to other networks with such bad service i have this num for more then 10 years . Hope some action is taken against them

I have been getting unsolicited SMS from "Latinas Queens" on my mobile number [protected], followed by deduction of₹10 from the phone balance without my approval or disapproval. Kindly stop this illega & never asked for services &l transactions immediately. .Or else, I am porting my number I have already lost₹30 so far.

I have surrendered my landline no. 27044645 on 3/12/2016. But not yet received the refund of security deposit

I lost my phone on 29/04/17 and it has dolphin sim [protected].Kindly block it, I have launched complaint to Delhi Police as well. i will take the sim next monday only
