Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — MTNL Billing issue for no service | |||||
I was facing issue with MTNL Broadband since 15 Sept 2015 and even after repetitive follow ups (On Phone, email) issue was not resolved, so I had raised a request to change the plan so that Broadband will be disconnected and only landline 180 plan will be operative. However still I can see that plan change request is also pending since 3-4 weeks. Please change the plan effective from 15 Sept 2015. For no service or harassing service, no charges should be levied on me. So I had requested MTNL to correct my recent bill and waive off all the charges except INR 180 as landline charges but till didn't receive any confirmation from their end. Also received no response from any of the email ids mention on MTNL website/bill - "[protected]@gmail.com; triband.[protected]@mtnl.net; [protected]@gmail.com; [protected]@mtnl.net.IN; [protected]@mtnl.net.in; [protected]@gmail.com”.
