I have been repeatedly complaining throughout lockdown as my mtnl landline was out of order but I just kept receiving bills which I duly kept paying inspite of no service .Even asked for bill adjustments to be made but None of the customer care number s are reachable & after hours of going through the useless waiting on IVR if you do get lucky, the line drops, it’s just a loop & is frustrating & inconvenient. Currently my line has been disconnected & I had cleared my dues on whatever bills I had received. So it is a mystery as to why I can’t have my line in working order inspite of trying to reach various quarters but invain . Why is a customer expected to pay for services which are not being delivered & are on record due to complaints being regularly made. Not to mention the harassment you are going through as you are helpless & you need your telephone working especially given the current scenario we are all going through. Vodafone network anyways has always been an issue at residence & that too remains unresolved till date but mtnl landline is kept as a back up but there too it is impossible to get your point across to anybody-leave alone have an issue resolved. It’s high time someone intervened & took some serious action against these people.To begin with have a customer care section that is actually functional & reachable to actually resolve issues.
