[Resolved]  Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — No access to idea mobile public net work and non receipt of emails on my dolphin [protected]

I am using dolphin post paid service with nos [protected] and [protected] of my life ldelhi. Both the nos. Are not accessible to idea mobile public net work and unable to receive emails since 20 days previously it wais working fine. Complained with manly call center. Eye wash reply stating that there is a net work problem in manley system. Can some body thro light on this issue and redress early please. The idea nos are also working for other family members in the same vicinity.
