Dear sir/ma'am,

With due respect this is is to update you that my telephone number[protected] is not working and seems to be dead since 1.5 months. As checked, i found someone or somehow the wireline is being deattached from the mtnl board.

For this i have lodged a complaint in mtnl app so many times since a month but everytime it is useless. I believe complaint lodged in the app is getting ignored. I too call customer care wherein i found a contact number of regional centre. As usual, calling at regional centre also didn't worked and still my phone is in dead status.

I am paying mtnl for a service which i am not using since 1.5 months hence request all concerned and authority to please intervene and get my issue sorted out.

I had recharged my MTNL number [protected] - Rs200 topup online through website https://payments.billdesk.com
But the recharge was not done on my number.
Amount of rs 200 was debited from my bank account.

Transaction date & time - 4th july 2018 (6.30pm)

Kindly help to resolve the issue

Above number is not working. One of wire of Dibi is broken and I am trying to book complain but answer is that this number is not valid.
Please do the needful earliest.
