Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — refund of deposit after disconnection

Address:268, Guru Ram Dass nAgar, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110092

Our MTNL[protected] was disconnected approx 2 months ago. All dues were cleared and instrument was also submitted along with the application.
All rules have been followed as asked by the MTNL employee for disconnection.

It's been 2 months now, we have not received refund. Every time contact they says wait for 15 days.
Please help to look into this. Thanks
