We have discontinued the mtnl landline services in june and we were being told that the security money will be refunded to us by speed post within a month of our surrender of the connection but its been 6 months now and we have not yet received the per said amount yet. I have made a customer complaint at "[protected]@mtnl.net.in on[protected] requesting about the faulty instrument and I am facing lots of interruption while receiving calls. The complaint was not attended and I have made a reminder on[protected] but till date no one is bothered to resolve the issue.
