Sir Stop deduction of Rs. 2/- for mtnl sub2 pack as deducted from my top up amount with out option of deduction illegally, from last months. When I top up amount then deducted with using my phone calls.It is in govt. Organisation happened.it is serious matter. Pl. Stop deduction as above mentioned from my top up amount as deducted on each 2day illegally govt organisation. It is not believable and regretted .
