We had bought a Maharajah Whiteline Food Processor from E-zone at Sobo Central Mall, Tardeo. It stopped working within 3 months of Purchase. We complaint for the same & again & again after many reminders a service
Agent had come to rectify it.
Within a month after that we faced the same problem & again experienced yet another service issue as we had to call several times to ask for servicing.
For the third time we are facing the same problem in the food processor & again my complain was registered in march without any response from their side.Complain number :MUM[protected]
After repeated calls, my complain was registered again in June & till then nothing was done.Complain number: MUM[protected].
Finally a service agent visited my house on 23 July 2014 and after inspection came to conclusion that it has to be replaced.
My experience with Maharajah Whiteline was very bad & would not recommend it further to anyone.
Now that I am sick of all the calls & poor servicing, I would like to get an advice on how to take action against their poor servicing & get the processor replaced soon without any delay.
