I am a resident of the taloja MIDC Pnavel. This application is to attract your attention to the disruptive bad smelling in front of our building. People in the colony are very much disturbed with the mess created by the dirty air. There are multiple old people as well as children in the society which may get serious health issues due to this. from last week we are facing this problem. Some time we feel like ometing

Therefore, I request you kindly to take proper action against the employees appointed to clean up the city. This is disgracing the whole authority because of improper functioning of a few people.

We are trying to reach you regarding chemical water logging problem in midc malegaon sinnar.
There is company which some chemical based. Because of which our road front is fill with chemical water. It is hazardous and our labour can get sick because of it.
Also water has started stinking very badly. It is really hard to work in this environment. How can they even leak there chemicals in normal water and drain it through

We request you to please take serious action against this company.

There is 24*7 noise & air pollution in a1 shah & nahar industrial estate building. This is causing serious damage to our health physically as well as mentally. Kindly take action at earliest.

From past 2 weeks there has been a lot of air pollution created by nearby chemical factory and a dangerous chemical waste have been added to the nearby naala.
It is suffocating and a bad odor is experienced especially during night time thoughout the surrounding area of sector 11 (New) in koparkhairane.
Please take required action as this can lead to severe health issues in the area.

Dear sir/madam

I am a resident of old panvel.in last some time. I have observed that industrial gases are released at night between 11pm-2am causing serious breathing issues. Even when i am typing this i feel a lot of impure gases in the air i am breathing.

We have small kids and old parents living here. They face a lot of health issues due to this pollution caused by chemical gases.

Request you to take necessary action in this regard. This is causing real bad health issues in residents living here.

Complaint:
Loud noise, high decibel of construction equipments and activities going on 24/7 including night time since last 2 weeks inspite of the lockdown. Note that this is a residential area and we are not able to work, focus nor sleep at night and have daily headaches. This is becoming a health hazard, that too during times that we are already struggling with covid outbreak.

Just wondering how the builder can get permission to go on like this day and night with no concern for following any regulation nor for the residents living in the vicinity.

Pl look into this matter.

16.7.2020 at 4:45 pm there is foul smell in vashinaka chembur near the industrial area.

I am writing to you on behalf of Technoforce Solutions (I) Private Limited, Nashik in regard to our 2019-20 MPCB consent application which is pending for your review. FY 2019-20 is already over and we still do not have the consent. This is leading to a lot of hurdles from MIDC, banks etc.

The application has been referred to Hazardous Waste Dept. for reviewing our R&D center (Pilot Plant). We are a fabrication company involved in fabrication of MS and SS steel equipment. In our factory, we also have a small pilot plant facility where we conduct trials for some customers on our prototype equipment. Customers send their sample chemicals for trials and after the trials, such chemicals with the cleaning solvents are meticulously packed and sent back to the customers and there is no trace of the same in the company premises except the chemicals for ongoing trials. Such trials usually lasts for 3 to 4 days. Since these are pilot plant trials only, the quantity of such chemicals is really insignificant – ranging from 150 to 250 kgs on an average. All such chemicals are stored in a safe and systematic manner. We are a member of the Maharashtra Enviro Power Ltd. (MEPL), for safe disposal of hazardous waste. We have zero discharge of any kind of liquid from our pilot plant. Further, we are also in compliance with all the interim directions issued to us in 2016. Recently, we also received certification for ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001, which depicts that we are in compliance with environmental and safety norms.

Our income from pilot plant trials in FY 19-20 was only INR 4.8 lakhs, so you can imagine the insignificant volume of activity. Because of this R&D centre, the whole consent application is pending. It is our request that you please process our application and issue the consent.

Safyeast company in ghane khadpoli midc area release unfiltered waste water in vaitrrna river in the late night hrs and also release unfiltered wastage air in the night hrs these pollution can be easily smelled from area near khadpoli and surrounding villages this is hazardous to health and may be cause of death and probably lung infections to senior citizens and children. Matter is serious and should be extended at the earliest

The adjacent construction site has not installed Noise control barriers that creates a lot of noise to the neighbouring societies. Please look after the same because it is creating a lot o[censored]nbearable noise pollution.

Waste water adequately release in down stream of vasisti river people living down stream use such water for drinking and irrigation this polluted water is not good for health water borne disease is also cause of death so please take appropriate action

Hi am a resident of malad malwani church over here there is food factory.. Because of this factory there is to much of air pollution around us, in our area there people from smalls kids to elder who live here and because of this we are facing breathing problems, have spoken to the owner but still he say he is following up with the vendor n still nothing is happening it's been more than 2months still the company is working in full fledged.. For evidence have removed video n attached to this complant. Even in compete lockdown the factory was working and the hygiene level is pathetic the owner wants us to co-operate with him by inhaling the smoke which his factory produce owners name is ravindra barde. Factory's name is dhanvi food pvt ltd. I hope this get resolved soon,

From 8 days our building is facing the very dangerous smell of chemical some unknown person has put 10/15 sack of chemical near the drain behind our building. Please come quickly and free our building from pollution and take action on that person.

Hi there,

We are residents of sector 20 in kharghar. Since the last few days every night, after 10 pm, we are bearing the brunt of strong pungent odor in the air coming inside our galleries and windows. We suspect that some of the industries around taloja midc area or the effluent treatment plant may be releasing untreated effluent into the atmosphere.

Its really bad smell, like it may choke someone to death. Unbearable.. Someone would die with this pungent odor if not from the corona.

Please do something or you may see patients rising from this chemical pollution as this may cause severe respiratory problems to the residents of kharghar. This is my second complaint. No actions as been taken yet.

Please investigate and take the necessary steps to stop this menace, or we may go further to complain about this to a nearby police station.

I am complaining about this as, people living nearby us dump waste products into gutter near my house due to that there is lots of mosquitoes and this leads to health issues. I kindly request you to take appropriate action.

Even though it is illegal to burn garbage in localities still many people in our locality burn garbage thus polluting the atmosphere with harmful gases even after telling them not to do so. Please take strict action against these people.

There is a huge fire caught in jadhav wadi chikhali in "scrap yard area" since more than 34 hours for now and smoke / fumes of the same is been causing breathing problems and other health hazards.

Fire department is trying to overcome the fire but no complete success yet.

This kind of burning of "scrap yard" happens twice a year but no pre-cautionary actions seems been taken by respective department.
