Dear sir/ madam

We are residing in sector 20 of kharghar.in the last few days, after 10 pm, we are observing strong pungent odour in the air around kharghar. We suspect that some of the industries around taloja industrial estate or the effluent treatment plant may be releasing untreated effluent into the atmosphere.

This is causing sever respiratory problems to the residents of kharghar. Can you please investigate and take necessary steps to stop this menace.

We are residents of jalvayu vihar kharghar, facing regular air pollution with bad smell issue from midc taloja. It seems few of the factories from midc taloja are releasing their effluent during night hours of current lockdown period which is creating severe breathing problem for all o[censored]s including kids and senior citizens in nearby localities. Request you to arrange for investing this matter and help in addressing this and confirm.

Respected madam / sir,

This is to bring to your notice, that in all sectors of kharghar, raigad district, a foul smell of gas / wastes is found during night times. This has increased since lockdown started, and only during nights.
Seems like some industrial units in taloja are releasing some effluents or waste during the night.
Requesting to kindly investigate this matter

Air pollution at khoni tolaja bypass road we residents in lodha palava Lakeshore greens are facing very huge chemical smell n our health is getting effectef due to bad smell.. In evening after 8pm we can't breath fresh air here.

I live in virar west near big bazar there are some group of people who are unnecessary spreading air pollution by burning garbage in my area at night 11 pm there is problem in breathing to local resident it all happen behind mac donald virar west and they are also not taking any action against them i do not when will this end please help us daily situation is getting worse thank you.

This is regarding the air pollution created by shalirex polyvynil gat no. 175, near john deere sanaswadi pune 412208. The production process releases harmful chemicals in air which is harming our breathing system. Despite having chimney the polluted air is releases at ground level by exuast fans. This is harming people living on ground to 2 nd level appartments. The air is so harming that it creates stains on steady objects after settling. We are facing medical issues. The manufacturing plant is not taking precautions. Please look into the issue as it may cause lung diseases for people leaving near by.

It has been observed that primitive and unscientific methods are being used to fill paver blocks with sand and cement particles while building foot paths. This causes lot of air pollution while the work is in progress and even after it is completed. While the work is executed extremely heavy pollution is seen with naked eyes causing grave risk to health of citizens. Later on for months suspended dust particles are seen and felt every day in the mornings every time the footpaths are cleaned with brooms. The dust rises as high as 50 to 100 feet causing health problems to citizens. Respiratory problems like asthma and bronchitis are on the rise. Immediate solution to this problem must be found. Uploading recent photos of the foot path work done at Khodadad Circle Dadar TT, Mumbai 400014. Photos clearly show left over sand and cement days after work is over. Request you to ban usage of sand and cement as filling material and take corrective action.

I am my family are not able to sleep and breath fresh oxygen. Today 19-feb-2020 morning 3:40am. I tried calling mpcb number in vain.

This is happening for years and at times suffocating to an extend that feel giddiness.

We have to close all windows and sleep it’s worse then leaving like in jail.

Why don’t we have whatsapp number for live complaint and resolutions? In this digital world we need live complaint service and immediate service.

Hello sir am from mhalunge, pune-411045 in our village lsat 2 weeks most of the garbage burned by the without any permission of local body.
They burne most of the plastics.in last 2 weeks approximately 25 ton plastic burned.. Due to burning of garbage.. Surrounded 10- 15 i'm sry was polluted. The land owner name is randhir rajguru.

I request u sir please look out in the series matter..

The air pollution in kalamboli area has reached its peak. Nothing is been done since so many years about it. People are falling sick. Children are contracting permanent health problems. Its very sad that this serious issue is ben takn so lightly. The aur is not even fit to breath even at home. The harmful gases are released at night. Pls take some urgent action on this.

Plastic kharkhana releases chemical smell effects health breathlessness headache.. Operated 24x7 creates noise pollution distracts sleep machine noise... This kharkhana is operated 24x7 day and night... Machine noise of banging is too loud due to which there is lack of sleep... There is a lot of noise at night due to which no sleep can't get to work releases chemical odour due to which get vomiting sensation effects health...

Grampamchayat of nagaon, taluka alibag dist raigad maharashtra planning a new dumping ground in s. No. 762 of nagaon revenue village which is near to mangrows, gurcharan land and gaiothan area and near akshi sakhar creak. That project of grampanchayat is very harmful for the local citizenes and which is not required for local public but its plans for the outsiders, cottage businessmans and big commercial project.
We request you that please give direction to the local grampanchayat and district collector to stop the harmful and unhygienic project to local land owner and residence.

Looking for advise for below complaint.

Complaint summary - surli village area is covered by 20+ stone crushers and none of them adhering to mpcb guidelines.

Location - at post - surli, tal-karad, dist-satara, state-maharashatra, pin code-415105

Complaint details-
Around the village there are more than 20 stone crushers and none of the crusher setup is as per mpcb guidelines. Villagers are suffering a lot due to dust. There is huge impact on crops, human health, water, etc. Following facts convey that all these crushers should be stopped with immidiate effect.

1. All crushers are on side of state highway sh78 and crusher plants distance is less than 500 meters from sh78.
2. Most of the crusher plants are on the side of tembhu main canal and distance between crusher plants and canal is less than 200 meters.
3. Most of the crushers do not have sprinklers for dust control and whoever have the sprinkler setup, it's not in operation.
4. None of the crushers conver belt is covered for dust control.
5. No trees or high walls around the plant been built by plant owners for dust control.
6. Villagers has already raised complaint to tahasil and district collectors office but no action in last 6-8 months
7. Village road conditions are very very poor due to heavy load vehicles and plant owners are careless about the same.
8. Near by residential area and agriculture land is majorly impacted due to heavy dust.

Likewise villagers are getting impacted.

Despite of raising a complaint multiple times, there is no action. I am looking for help here to take immidiate action on these plant owners.

One request, i am from same village hence it will great help if my identity will not get disclosed. However if there is need i am ready to come forward.

We are facing continuous noise and dust pollution due to ongoing construction carried out by oberoi building construction at borivali east near western express highway
The noise pollution is on account of cement plant which they have installed within their promises causes lot of noise and dust issue
Request to please take strict action for reducing the issue in reference to cte

Mohammed tyre remoulding/retreading unit situated within the residential locality at santosh bhavan, near shiv ganesh welfare society, nalasopara (E), tal. Vasai, dist. Palghar, emitting thick black smoke has been causing breathing & health problems since past several months. The residents of shiv ganesh welfare society & sonalkar building residing in its vicinity, had complained to vasai virar city municipal corporation as well as brought the matter to the notice of mahavitran, which has failed to yeild any positive results.

Hence, we hereby request you to initiate strong action for halting the aforesaid illegal remoulding and retreading activities thereby warding off potential dangers to the lives of residents & in best interest of all concerned.

Prompt action shall be highly appreciated.

Dear sir, we are suffering huge air pollution due to cement dust on construction site in megapolis splendour, hinjewadi phase-3. Pune. We have complained to pegasis (Builder) but no action has been by builder. We are facing breathing issues due to huge cement dust.
I would like to request you to intervene into this matter and take an action against builder due to negligence.

Air and noise pollution.:-generator is placed right in front of b wing, the generator size is 125kv, since the electric current going hours and early hrs in the morning. The thick smoke have effected our health and breathing problems very seriously. The noise pollution have incresed our headache and less sleep. The infants, childrens and senior citizen are most effected victims. The builder is deaf and boasting do whatever you want, i dont care all the officials are managed.
Please come and inspect our bldg. And take appropriate action and save all the victims.

I stay in koproli panvel mathern road new panvel.in our area since last 5 years their is brics making (Bhatti) due to which their is huge air polutiin/ choking of breathing many died due to ashtama then cancer. Had given complain in many authority but no action has ben taken.
It seems that many a time complaint has been made but the owner says its their land and they can do anything letter they said that no work will be done but they have started it again.
It seems their are many sufferer and had cancer due to this. Its a society of almost 500 flats.
Request you to kindly do the needful and take right step.

This is in reference to excessive air pollution in koperkhairane, sector 11, navi mumbai area (Ahead of balaji garden) where excess of industrial air pollution is been emitted. Due to which the nala which is in that sector clearly shows coloufull water and emits strong smell in that area. A lot of people face breathing issues due to the quality of air. Innumerable complaints have been registered but no action has been taken. When i see the kids playing and listen to some of the kids who do not go to play simply because of the gaseous pollution feel extremely sad for them and hence would request you to please take up this matter on priority basis and request a solution to be arrived at the earliest.

We are facing a big air pollution problem in bhoirwadi khambalpada dombivli east. Pl. help us . Day by day the situation is very wrost .people are unable to take breath clearly.
