Dear Sir/Madam
I Bought a Second hand
Nissan Micra XV-D at Khatri Auto care on 2nd January 2021 with Certi Plus warranty. There are a list of Complaints and issues I want to share with your team.
1) The front Tyres were already Punctured couple of times and Repaired Before the car was delivered to me. When i asked them, Rajendra Nama, the manager told me they are just punctured but the tyres still have life. I just trusted
MAHINDRA and took the delivery, once in every three days iam filling the air now. The Front tyres are a lost cause. Now he tells me that we dont give warranty on tyres. But my question is why has
MAHINDRA delivered me PUNCTURED tyres in first place.
2. The manager clearly told me, iam the 2nd owner of this car, as the first two owners are father and son and they had to transfer between them due to some personal matters. When i checked with vahan portal, the owners were completely different, and iam sure because they belong to different religion altogether.
3) The manager said, insurance was expired in october 2020, although he issued an insurance now. WHAT HE SAID WAS A LIE, as per the VAHAN portal and he doesnt have any documentation on that.
4) Mr. Rajendra Told me, he personally spent 8000 on the service before delivery, but there is no documentation and the VEHICLE too doesn't feel like its serviced Properly.
5) The back trunk shockers are not working, and its just 1 day since I purchased the car. When I complained, he said it was like that from before, but once again
MAHINDRA doesn't offer a warranty.
6) The Music player volume rocking button doesn't work properly, , Mr Rajendra once again said, it's there from the start and
MAHINDRA doesn't give warranty on that.
Sir/Madam,
Now my first question is if i wanted to buy a second hand vehicle as it is condition why would i prefer so called
MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.
and coming to the owners and insurance, i would have had no problem, my issue is with that LYING
MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE MANAGER, Why there is no proper transparency during a purchase.
Now also I am not expecting much from you because more than anger I am hurt for spending my hard earned money in buying a trash car, which is unfortunately registered on my name now.
Now i have to live with this bad decision, until i can afford another car again which i am sure i won't be coming anywhere near to
MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE again.
one more thing to add, just check the below conversation
ME : Mr rajnedra, if i had to just buy a second hand car, micra would come under 150k ( a car which ran 90000 kms with 2 owners, music player not functional, two punctured tyres, back trunk shocks not working, Unserviced car. Why would I choose
MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.
MANAGER : Sir, you are talking about big cities
MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE, but we are in a small city and you have to compromise.

Mahindra first choice. You are successful in conning a customer. and yes seems good for your business but not for middle class customers like us.
Thanks once again for teaching me a lesson for trusting you.
it's just 17 days but i don't feel attached to the car. if i had extra conned money like you guys, i would have thrown the car to trash now.

AND ADDING SALT TO THE INJURY, i get to known from your authorised service centre that the CAR'S suspensions, Injectors, engine mount, steering alignment ( some parts need replacement) are all completely faulty and need to be replaced. This too in just 2 months and 1200 kms usage.
