This is Ramprakash from pondicherry, owning Volkswagen Polo car with the car number ending 4507.
I have been giving my car for service in your centre for the past 4 years. But i have been experiencing very bad service in the last 3 services. They(oil and general service)are damaging the parts that were in good conditon while submitting the vehicle and complaining the owner for the damage.
1. When the vehicle was given for wheel alignment, the suspension was damaged.
2. During general service, disc brake was damaged.
3. Currently my car was given for oil service, my complaint was the rear power window switch was not functioning. But they damaged the entire rear and front power switched.
When i questioned for the damages made, They said that the company is running in loss and i was asked to pay the damage amount.
I have all the proof of bills and audio phone call recording to file consumer case.
Concern persons : Mr.Balaji (very rude behaviour) and Mr.Safi(changing his words)he accepted his mistake and then changed. Mentioned 2 switches for 500 and billed for 1000 rupees. Very worst persons i have seen this company..
Kindly take necessary action from your end.
