I am Shakul Hakeem from wow carz, This is my first experience in the MFCW auction, which was happened on 9/03/2022 headed by Mr Ravikanth and I did bidding for 1, 80, 000/- for Tiago 2018 model(blackboard)
I was informed that After the approval it will take 3 working days to release my vehicle. i have Paid 20, 200 to Mr Prashanth from MFCW to his personal account initially as he has requested. Since it's my first-time experience, I have paid through UPI transactions. And Transferred my remaining balance of 160, 3675/- to (MFCW) current account NEFT.
Till now I kept on disconnected from all phone calls. Being a Manager he has completely promised all wrong delivery date. I have arranged for my driver to pick up the car from the yard. My driver was waiting outside the site from Morning till evening and at 9 pm Mr. Ravikanth have messaged my driver that delivery will not happen today which was not at all acceptable. Why cant they communicate properly to customers..? this is how MFCW stands with cusomer. Now am really afraid of my NOC for the vehicle from them.
The issue I faced:-
No Professionalism behavior on customers.
using abusing words
No one is taking responsibility,
They only stand till receiving money, once after that, No one will pick up customers' calls.
So it is highly recommended to take action immediately to resolve this problem at the site.in RR Nagar-Bangalore.We need your positive response in this matter and timely action is mandatory.
