There is an employee whose name is alokranjan pardhan and he thinks he is the boss of whole mahindra finance and mahindra first choice because he does what he want to do and customer will pay for his that mistakes i made a bid in online auction in mahindra finance oriisa at ediig for the first time in 2018 and he even not informed me that my bid is approved and just deducted my emd 20000 thousand without making a singel call or email to me and i thought that they didn't approved my bid at that time then next time i again bidded on those vehicle at those vehicle and again win the auction for those vehicle but there was approval call from ediig or mfcwl then i called alokranjan i got his number from auction calendar and he said that you have approval for five vehicle then i said to email me the approval and i made payment for those approval then from 2018 to jan 2020 he had done harsment with me and mentally disturbed me by not answering my calls at time he wasted my lot of time just for singel call and also misbehaved with me then in jan 2020 i asked him for approval because he never sends them at his own infact these his duty to call and email me about approval like other states mfcwl representative does
So finally he sent me one approval and i made payment for that but now today at[protected] i asked him for mahindra finance oriisa auction permission and he replied that your forfieture of 10000 is pending then i said no there was only one approval sent by you and i made payment for that and also sent you utr no. For the same but he just disconnected my call
I request to all mahindra department and chairman Mr. Anand Mahindra to do something with his bad attitude and worst behavior
