Dear Sir/Madam,

My Car was given for servicing at Mahindra first choice service center stationed at purina on 11th of August and was supposed to give delivery on 13th, today is 18th and people from the service centers not picking up calls and not replying to messages, request you to please take action against this.

    My car met accident near basti I got my car repair from MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE(faizabad branch jaiswal enterprise) my policy’s was from new India Insurance vehicle number UP32 jj 2147 model i10 Grand (Hyundai)they had cheated me and the insurance company bill around 160000 after this they had destroyed my car every time there was a sound I inform the service center but no any results I went to Hyundai showroom and got checked then I came to know how unprofessionally they had been repair .
    I want total compensation the total amount from Hyundai showroom must be paid for repair and must take the necessary action till date I am suffering.

      On 30th june we bought a used certified vehicle (I20 car, 2016 model) from mahindra first choice wheels through cnr car dealer in nellore ap for the price of inr 590000 (Five lakhs ninety thousand).

      During pre-sale the cnr dealer mentioned there was no major accident history against the vehicle and hence the vehicle has passed the mahindra first choice certification standards and warranty was issued

      After vehicle delivery within 7 kms of the ride, the issue started with vehicle clutch cylinders which won't allow changing the gear of the vehicle, and in the next 100 (Approx) km of the ride, the vehicle got a breakdown.

      After the replacement of new clutch cylinders again the same issue reappeared within the next 200 km of travel and again caused a breakdown.

      Then the mechanic inspected the vehicle completely and mentioned that a major accident happened to the vehicle some time ago. Ie., front apron (Right side), subframe, front driving glass was replaced and the engine sump was welded too. It seems most of the right side of the vehicle was damaged and parts were changed. Therefore it was clear that the vehicle underwent a major accident before the mahindra first choice wheels certification was issued.

      I have blindly trusted the mfcwl certification and paid my hard-earned saving money for the vehicle to fulfill the dream of buying a car.

      Under what standards such a structural damage vehicle (Total loss vehicle) can pass the certification and be valued inr 590000?

      When the situation was brought into the notice of mr. Karthik (Mfcwl state head – ap & ts) he asked us to check with the dealer as procurement and sales were taken care of by them and no updates since then.

      Upon arguing with the dealer he agreed that the major accident history of the vehicle was hidden from us during the presale. Finally, now dealer is suggesting reselling the vehicle with a different price.

      At one point in time, mr. Nagaraju (Authorized cnr car dealer mfcwl) mentioned that they won't deal with apron damaged vehicles, and mr. Karthik (State head of mfcwl) also said structurally damaged vehicles or apron damaged vehicles cannot be certified. But finally, the apron damaged vehicle was sold to me in the name of verified and certified.

      Now i request someone from mfcwl to look into this issue and do the right thing as i have been undergoing a lot of mental pressure since the day of buying the vehicle. Dream of buying a car turned out to be a nightmare at mahindra first choice. It was very clear that i got cheated in the name of the certified vehicle.

      Fyi-the clutch issue with the vehicle still exists as of today even after replacing the clutch cylinders twice.

            I visited mahindra choice on last sunday (26th july) to resolve the issues and do complete service of my car.
            During service, i came to know local parts are being fitted in my car like filters, shocker and alternator & link rod.
            I conveyed them to use company's original parts, but they refused and said we don't go in depth of parts, what we get from our dealer, we fit the same parts in vehicle.
            And even they charged double of local parts. When discussed with them, they said we got same price of all parts & same we charged to me.
            This is totally pathetic.
            I want to take strong action against them.

              Hello,

              I have made a booking for honda city as it is without any modification or service on 23rd march 2020 just a day before lock down.

              Paid 60000/- as advance.

              Due to lock down i lost my job and i informed then to cancel the booking and requested for full refund.

              Informed them to cancel it with in 10 days after booking

              Now they are avoiding to give full refund.

              Paid 10k first and remaining 50k via bank.

                We had given our car Celerio for AC repair service on 19th July 2020 at the Bhandup branch because we have been their customer for a long time now. We were informed that we would be charged INR 1250 in case of just servicing and if parts have to be changed, additional INR 4000 if parts have to be replaced. We agreed for the same and gave for servicing. After check-up they informed us that part has to be replaced. We agreed and then the part was replaced. However, on 21st July 2020, we were called and informed that the cost is INR 9000. They are now changing their words and trying to steal money now.

                  Sir,

                  1. Iam a proud owner of mahindra scorpio (S10) since 2015 and never had any issues including service related till date. However, this is the first instance and that also of a major nature that left me with no choice but to report this matter to you and if required to consumer court.

                  2. On 27 jun 20, i have given my vehicle for servicing and repair of front glass rubber including the fm antenna on roof-top to poonam motors (A franchise of mahindra first choice services ltd).

                  3. Around 11-12 am, my car was picked by the service center rep and the vehicle was delivered post servicing/ repairs iaw the attached bill by 7, pm. (That is within 7 hours, including the travelling time, lunch break and actual service/ repairs on my vehicle).

                  4. I was charged a total of rs 19, 249 (Rs 4296 for material and rs 14, 952 for labour).

                  5. When inquired for high bill and especially the labour charges, they told me that many materials were included in the labour charges (An unsatisfactory and unethical reply). Further, the vehicle on driving for a week was found to be full of problems and uneasy in handling.

                  6. I complained to the service center through a whatsapp message and warn them that i will complaint to higher authorities. However, no reply came from the manager, instead the service center was more interested to whom and how iam raising the complain.

                  7. Presently, i have given my vehicle in another mahindra service center for servicing/ repair and obtaining the proof for the unethical servicing and billing by poonam motors.

                  8. Request you to kindly inquire in this matter and direct the service center to refund my entire amount. Further, the action taken against the service center (Poonam motors) from your end be communicated in writing to me.

                  9.in case of non-reply from your end/ unsatisfactory reply in next 10 days, i will be left with no option but to go to consumer court with relevant details and for obtaining compensation.

                  10. Iam attaching the bill copy provided by poonam motors. The proof that is obtained from other mahindra center would be submitted to the judiciary, if required at a later date.

                  11. Further, iam attaching one of the pic showing damages done to the antenna assembly thereby leading to ingress of water during rain inside the car. Other damages i can't show in pics, however the report/ bill of other mahindra service center will work for the same.

                      I have sent my car for service at your service centre ms mahalakshmi motors located at bodhgaya, gaya, bihar as my car roof and front windshield was got damaged. It took about more than a month to get the same repaired. Apart from that the shining along with smothness of my car got damaged for the other parts also like doors, bonut, roof etc. As if the spray has been done without covering the other parts. I am highly disappointed with the service i got. However i was again called to get the car polished with robin. They told that robin polish is done after 7 to 10 days and the smmothness and shining of the car will come back. I got the same done from you service centre along with the assurance that the smmothness and shining will remain intact. But after a week the body of the car again got dull and rough.
                      I request you to register my complaint and get my car in the condition as was submitted at you service centre.

                          Case1- my brother have purchased i10, from your noida sec 16 noida car ghar center and he has given cash 210000inr but dealer have provided invoice of only 190000.

                          Case-2 brother went for service of the car to chaudhary car service gaumat, aligarh road, center of mahindra choice same here physical amount was taken 3000inr but invoice was given for 1400inr only

                          In both cases there is a difference i dont know why but hope you will clear my issue.

                              I bought a car a few days ago from mahindra first choice gurgaon near ifcco chowk. And i was told well that no part is going on temporary basis. It’s certified car by well car engineer. Today i have been very difficult while driving the car, otherwise i would have been an accident and found total loss. One only because of the mistake of you, because of the mistake of only you people, because you have installed repair tires in the car. Let me tell you how you can do such a big fraud. When the customer comes by trusting your company. You make such big promises and guarantees that your car has certified. Today, i was saved by being an accident, for which angle is responsible, let me tell you the statement.

                                  This is to inform you that i have purchased a mahindra vehicle scorpio registration no hr 26 dm5983 in march 2018. The company provided 2 years warranty on vehicle.                                     There is an employee whose name is alokranjan pardhan and he thinks he is the boss of whole mahindra finance and mahindra first choice because he does what he want to do and customer will pay for his that mistakes i made a bid in online auction in mahindra finance oriisa at ediig for the first time in 2018 and he even not informed me that my bid is approved and just deducted my emd 20000 thousand without making a singel call or email to me...

                                    Some time ago i had taken a car service membership of first choice, during which the marketing team in siliguri, matigara, namely mr. Rajnish had promised me that with one membership i will be able to avail the service for two cars and for which they have "one time transfer policy", and so after getting convinced with the the marketing team i bought the service coupon, but when i sent my car for servicing, mr rajnish completely denied of any such promises and said only one coupon for one car..

                                    After bringing the matter to the owner i. E. Mr poddar, seem to be not at all bothered, and rather than talking to mr rajnish about it, he acted as if it was my fault and directed me to mr. Rajnish all over again. I felt cheated sir.

                                    After a wait of one and half hours they started servicing my car, i told the executive to let me know what are the the extra costs before hand and check if engine oil and brake oil need to change and inform me before changing but sorry to say a nothing of such sort happened and he changed all of it without even inquiring.

                                    The executive promised me an extra cost of 2500, but made me pay a bill of 3323/- the copy of which i have attached.

                                    Before starting the work i also asked the executive that whatever the extra costs i will pay once i receive the bill at my office via online payment to which he smilingly agreed.. But after making the bill they didnot let the car leave the garage till the payment was cleared and the keys to the car was given to the guard custody from my driver. After ample requests to send an executive and collect the money from my office, all the requests and conversations were unheard

                                    In the last last resort i told mr. Rajnish about the matter, mr. Rajnish just ignored the request and rather than doing something about it he behaved as if i am trying to steal from them
                                    Finally, i had to send the cash in the garage itself i. E. About 15 kms from my office, and clear the bill at the cost of an important business meeting and personal harassment..

                                    Its been 3 weeks since they promised me to return my money, but there's no reply over the mail nor call..

                                    Please make necessary arrangements to return my membership money of rs.1100/- as i cannot continue with such set of people.

                                      I purchased my car from mahindra first choice almost 6 months ago and i am yet to receive the rc after the ownership change. I have followed up several times and i have just been held stating they will get back to me. None of them has ever called even once and i am tired of following up. None of the employees in mahindra first choice is taking any ownership to hand over the rc. They have shown me online that rc has been transferred however are nothing post that.

                                      I have showed them my dissatisfaction to the agency and informed that I have submitted my complaint, yet they are not supportive. They promised me that they will deliver my RC the next day however they still haven’t. It’s been a week since then.
