Mahindra Two Wheelers — centuro cdi unit replacement

I have given my centuro bike with registration number tn78 w 0946 on 11.09.18 at pollachi service center because the bike was unable to start. After examining they replied me that the cdi unit of bike need to replace and i agreed for replacement and given advance. Now even after 10 days niether they replaced the cdi unit nor returned the bike to me. Please take necessary action.
