I bought a bike from srivignesh motors and gave to my bike for second service on last week. After the service the bike is not working properly and provide worst mileage of 21 kmpl only instead of giving 70kmpl to more. Then bike is moving forward even though holding the clutch. I told this problems to service centre but they don’t respond properly. I don’t know what they did while giving service. After this service only i got lot of problems in my bike. Totally i used 2000 km only. Please take the necessary actions to the service centre and kindly resolve my problems as soon as possible. I have given my details and bike details below. Please contact me at any time.

    Dear sir/madam

    On 20th july, 2014 i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership having frame no: mcdkg1b14e1f25017, engine no: upe-ee025961. unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because its engine start sounding abnormally. when i taken the motor cycle to the authorised service centre, after 15 to 30 days the centre accept the bike. before that they are saying that they cant accept the bike because o[censored]navailability of required part. after that the technician said that the engine is got damaged due to leakage of water inside the engine. i am not getting how the water can reach inside the engine. this is my third bike and i have' nt seen any case that water reach inside the engine. i am not satisfied with the service which mahindra provide. i brought the bike on the name of mahindra brand but now my satisfaction is zero. i am sure i am not going to suggest the same bike of any of the bike of even any vehicle of mahindra to any my connection.
    I would appreciate it if you can take the matter seriously and do something for the same. other wise i look forward to settling this matter amicably. if, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the consumer forum of through the court. because i have not paid the amount for this kind of treatment.

      I have given my bike mahindra centuro for servicing in mapusa
      i have told them about the foulty things bout my bike still they dint meant to repair it back
      they just did all bad things.
      it is giving all foulty thigs
      secoundly, i havr the problem of sensor they tried to repair bt all the mechanics and engineers are not able to fix it up
      they r just sat to eat customers money
      i need the explanation soon or else i will complain to consumer court ...

          Dear mr. anand mahindra & mr. rajesh jejurikar & mr. bharat doshi

          This is to inform you that because of your attractive advertisement of mahindra gusto i bought it on 20 nov'15 and from 4th nov 16 itself started facing problems specially starting problem with this 2 wheeler, according to this i am facing problem from the very first day and duly informed the mahindra's concerned person.

          After each call i got assurance from your service center freand's automobile near rajive choke gurgaon haryana that now problems has been sorted out but till date i am facing same problem and on daily basis i always reach late in office, it always stops in middle of way.

          Problems in gusto:
          Starting problem from the very first day...
          Stops while driving if got start
          Mileage problem, giving 25 kmpl
          Engine cease after 6000 km runing

          So hereby request you to please refund my whole money or replace it immediately.

            Sir/ madam since may2016 suffering from trouble of brake cable and fuel meter of duro dz(2012 april). every week service centrer ask for the next week and till date they cant suppliy brake cable and fuel meter, .
            complaint mail also done to consumer forum and if you dont response then i have to change my duro dz for another brand. because i am suffring a lot.

            In only 9 months clutch plates are damaged when i go to complaint in agency they make bill of 1100 rs. For repair in warranty i fully unsatisfied about mahindra bike and his service

              I have mahindra drou dz, purchased on may 2014.. All services were done in patparganj industarial area authorised center and done on time... Now the problems is engine oil is drainy very fastly...In about 600 kms..
              In service center, technicians are saying engine is not working properly,, overhauling of the engine will be done... Asking for 10000 rs..

              How can engine overhauling is required in just 19000 kms.. We have other scooters in my family they are working properly in 45000 kms..
              Kindly help me to resolve this issue,,,
              Its a company/manufacturers fault,, due to it i m facing problems even in my work...

                I have been looking for spare parts for my two wheeler (pantero) from past three years, still now i am not getting it from the showroom and even in the market, this is how u guys providing the service

                If i am not getting response within a two days and i will file case in consumer court, because i am ready exchange my bike

I came to hear the engine producing irritating sound from very begining and i am facing thus problem but not resolved till now, the engine is only run about 11000 kms only, the model is mahindra duro dz, the oil level is also draining fatly, roaring sounds coming from engine,

                    1) you raised your concern on 12th july 16’ for your mahindra gusto starting trouble because of engine seizure. our territory manger, mr. varun dev chadha had contacted you and informed you about the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty policy and mandatory service schedule. as understood from your vehicle service record, you have not availed routine services after availing first initial two services. you did your vehicle last service at our authorized service center - m/s saboori two wheelers on 25th dec 2015 at 946 kms.
                    Free services kms time bound service done
                    1’st service[protected] days 425 an 29.11.2015
                    2’nd service[protected] days 946 on 25.12.2015

                    2) now your vehicle has covered around 6000kms and there are 2 services lapsed in between.
                    3) as explained to you, to keep the vehicle & engine performance in good shape engine oil change is recommended at each service interval but since there has been a huge gap in engine oil change after 25th dec 15’, your gusto engine has seized.
                    4) hence, would like to inform that in such scenario and under the scope of our warranty policy, we can’t perform your vehicle repair on free of cost. however, as a goodwill gesture we can offer you 15% discount on labour & 10% on parts. this is the best deal we can offer you.

                    Now we have already two service done as per your schedule defended by you and dealer has been understand me as concern (sales or service).

                    Today i will go for third services at m/s saboori two wheelers (307/202, gali no. 1, mukundpur delhi-110042 m-[protected])

                    The saboori service adviser has told me there is some problem and replace the part in warranty period. but warranty will avail after approval come from mahindra end.
                    So we would like to ask first the manufacturing warranty is 2 year that is correct. now question is raised why had told me first need to approval from mahindra that is saboori or mahindra problem. please tell me what is the customer fault.

                    Our scooty current meter reading 6000km. the saboori adviser denying the third service he called me you will eligible for forth service and telling me you have first services done at 426km and second services done at 1000/-km

                    I have asking the mahindra person if we didn’t have knowledge about the service schedule and have go to services centre for service on or before schedule so have educate or not either done service without educating the customer but the situation is beyond than same dealer has not accepting his fault same time educating me. will telling the schedule is defined all these thinks can you look. i’m asking you why he is does not education me that time and why all are misguide me.

                      I have purchased mahindra uzo (pinjore, hr) on diwali but there is problem with its digital meter since last 3-4 months. i have complained many time in local service center but they are not able to find the fault, they don't even know it’s work and function. they don't know how to see the low fuel indication (reserve). they are just making excuses for their negligence. they have opened the complete bike (uzo). while servicing, they just broke the side cover locks and have increased so many problem such as fuel leakage, engine sound, low average. after calling and visiting the service center, i filed my complaint in mahindra customer care and my complaint no - inb-54327. they have attended my complained one time in chandigarh but digital meter and broken side cover locks complaint is still remaining. i have re-complained on the following dates
                      6/21/2016,
                      7/7/2016,
                      7/11/2016,
                      7/14/2016)
                      But there was no response or call back.

                        I am not satisfied with your new product gusto 125 in terms of storage space, it's under seat storage so small that it could not hold even a small size helmet if helmet is fitted it's seat doesn't close easily, small helmet is not wearable, so please redesign it in this variant for all your customers old or new for free cost please replace seat as soon as possible i am very disappointed with it so please response. Try design storage space like duro.

                              I have bought Mahindra Gusto Vx Model in April 2015 from Haryana Auto Agencies, old Delhi Road, Gurgaon. I have been told by agency that the mileage is 63 Km/Li as per the Gusto Advertisement. But since then I have only got the mileage of 35 Km/li. Every time wheN i have mentioned this to agency and to the customer care, they suggest me to rest assured since the same will improve after 1st service.

                              But I have done all 3 services now, but problem remains the same.

                              Even, each time when I have visited the service center, more problems have been created such as, handle alignment, pick up issue while double seat driving, drift issues.

                              On May 21st, 2016, again I have registered complaint to Mahindra customer care of the same issues, they suggested me to visit Friends Automobiles in Gurgaon. But as usual, none of the issues were resolved and new issue of OIL LEAK has started. whenever I have fill the tank, oil starts leaking. And now my Gusto is not even starting.

                              Now, I don't know what to do since I have spent the hard earning in buying the Gusto and Mahindra and their service team is keep on humiliating by providing bad services.

                              This is a request to please help me in resolving the issue which I am facing with Mahindra Gusto.

                                Hi, I would like to bring to your notice about the poor customer service provided by MAhindra Two wheeler service center located at DP Motors No:34, GST Road, Sanatorium, chennai, Tamil Nadu pH:[protected], [protected]. My bike MAhindra flyte was given with a complaint on fuel Meter gauge not reading and given for general service.these people claim to change the fuel gauge meter, and did the service. The fuel meter never worked after that it shows the fuel to be full always, this was informed to service center notice by physically taking it to them twice. They don't care for it and keep saying this is how it will work, they dont know how to treat a woman with a toddler visiting the service center, one Siva who is the supervisor speaks rudely and says it is how it will work and asks my wife to leave or come back next day in most un professional manner . This treatment to a customer whose with a toddler signifies the quality of the people there and the culture the company practices. Inspite we keep following up with them for the same, many days my bike breaks down with no petrol still the fuel meter is showing full tank. We are having endless walking with the bike back to my home from where ever it stops, just thought if the forum can help me with this before escalating it much bigger.

                                  Sir,

                                  This is to inform you that i have purchased mahindra flyte sym scooty from bishnu oil company, one of your authorized dealer at vivek bihar, howrah, west bengal, in the year 2013. Sir the day i purchased that i was in trouble. That time the said dealer don not had the work shop, so they done my first free service by the local (Footpath) mechanic and then the story begun. Please note that it was also informed earlier to you via mail. There was some mechanical issues in the vehicle, i repetadely requested your dealer to resolve the issue, but it seems that during warranty period he was not interested to resolve the issue. I personally asked one of work shop’s mechanic about the fault, he told me that there was a major issue in the vehicle and that time stock was not available and this go on and on and on. You can not imagine that petrol of rs.100/- use to finish for a distance of 1-3 km. Such a low mileage is beyond my imagination. I am getting fraustrated mentally as wel as financially. Now the said dealer has closed their showroom as wel as their workshop. I am really dis hearted by such behavior. A reputated company like you can not treat their valued customers like me. I already lodged complain in the customer care. But nothing is happening. So i once again request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue, or i will be compelled to go into appropriate authority for further action.

                                    I own a two wheeler (Mahindra flyte)
                                    1. It got a technical problem & was approached to infinity motors kayamkulam. The service done by them was not satisfactory & got the repeated trouble within one month.
                                    2. Bought a spare part (Back break cable) which was not matching the vehicle with its appropriate length
                                    When approached to the service center their behaviour towards myself was very bad though i got the refund of the spare part
                                    I suggests them to improve their service as well as their behaviour towards customers.

                                      Dear all,
                                      I herewith share my trauma and pain about my "mojo" motorcycle - which is just about 40 days old.
                                      The story unravels as under:
                                      1. The motor bike was purchased from yuvika automotives, hyderabad on 12th may 2016.
                                      2. Delivery challan no: 413/[protected]. (Volcano red)
                                      3. Engine no: ufegc000818.
                                      4. Chassis no: mcdke1c16g1c00762.
                                      5. At the time of taking the bike i found that the bike would not idle at all, unless it is revved and held for atleast 2 minutes, at a higher rpm. Same was brought to the notice of the sales person (Yogesh), who advised that being a extremely new machine this phenomena would resolve on its own as the bike is used, and if it persisted same would be addressed during the first free service by a trained technician attached to the dealer.
                                      6. However after riding the vehicle for several days and
                                      Clocking 500 + kms on the odo, i landed at the above said dealer point on 14th june '16 with 552 km done.
                                      7. Though the first service preliminaries were carried out at a cost of rs. 1285-00 (Oil change, oil filter replacement + washing) the core problem as not taken up as i was given to understand that the technician at yuvika will not be able to diagnose the defect of not idling at cold start every morning & that very soon a company engineer would be coming down from bangalore for a small service camp and this vehicle will be on his list for inspection at hyderabad.
                                      8. On 24th june '16, i took the bike with hopes that the
                                      Bike would be rectified and would operate like any other "mojo" (No hiccups during the first start of the day) and met vinayak maladkar - service engineer - mahindra.
                                      9. The vehicle was cooled down first and then checked for several parameters such as air filter, ecu etc, etc, and it was decided by vinayak to open the spark plug also for inspection and from there on my torture, pain and trauma started.
                                      10. This above said inspection was being carried out at silver motors, hyderabad as vinayak was present at their work shop on 24-6.
                                      11. However 24-6 turned out to be a black friday for me as the silver motor technician working on my bike (Toufeeq) mishandled operations in such a way that the spark plug broke into 2 pieces while attempting to remove it out from its chamber, resulting in one piece of the plug out and the other piece stuck in the chamber.
                                      12. As i was physically present at the workshop while this episode took place, i insisted that any further attempts to remove the stuck spark plug - by way of lathe machining work not be done and only a highly trained and fully knowledgeable mechanic of mahindra be deployed for corrective action from here on.
                                      13. Can you imagine my panic, depression and mental torture to see a brand new bike which has clocked just 600 kms and is only 40 days old, fully stripped down before my eyes all for a inherent defective motorbike palmed off to me.
                                      13. But i do take this opportunity to highlight the customer centricity shown by vinayak and also some words of encouragement from mr. Deepak khanna in this time of crisis, who assured me that a fully knowledgeable technician would be assigned on top priority and urgent basis from bangalore - to put back the bike in order (Running condition) the very next day i. E. 25-6.
                                      14. Yes mahindra did rise - by way of rapid response and
                                      Deployment of kartik the technician who arrived promptly from bangalore to hyd the very next day.
                                      15. It took a whole day and 9 hours for kartik to put back the bike as a whole after successfully removing the broken spark plug from its chamber.
                                      16. But unfortunately the core problem of the bike - not idling for more than 30 seconds during the very first start up of the day - still remains unsolved-un resolved.
                                      17. I attach a few visuals of how a brand new bike had to be operated on within 40 days of its purchase with a high apprehension that the factory settings were now gone and had to be re-set manually again.
                                      18. Now there are several scratches on the engine due to this tragedy and am apprehensive whether this bike will run like the wind - just as a new bike does.
                                      19. The critical point here is that a defective vehicle has been sold to me, resulting in a heartbreak, mental torture and trauma of seeing a brand new bike stripped down within 600 kms & undergoing major operations and that too in about a month of sale.
                                      20. If mahindra - wishes to rise, think bigger and wishes to refuse to accept limitations - as its manifesto says - i hereby put on record my view and demand that a new mojo be given to me in exchange of this existing one., for the root cause is a faulty machine in the first place itself.
                                      Expecting a customer satisfaction response from one of india's oldest and reputed conglomerate, as we customers are your silent brand ambassadors - who promote new products like the mojo at traffic signals and parking lots to give positive feedback to would be buyer's.

                                        I have purchased Mahindra century in june2014 but from inception the millage is very worst 25-30 km/ltr. I have contacted several time in Mahindra service center patna Bahadurpur but result is zero.please tell why I keep such worst Byke.
                                        Please do the needful otherwise I will go to consumer forum.The Byke reg.no is BR-02-V-9635.I bought this motorcycle after selling my bajaj scooter for good millage but this is more painful than scooter as far as millage is concern.
