We have bought mahindra centura before 14 month and from 8 month fuel indicator is not working, many time i made contact with mahindra show room but they are not interested to attend or not able to resolve this issue .
So that i mailed you for intervention for resolve or support .
Showroom contacted :- mahindra showroom, maman autolink, sanand, ahmedabad .
I never hope or predict this kind product and service getting from mahindra product services .

Worst ever experience of buying from mahindra company . very poor service . I would recommend anyone not to buy mahindra product.

    Purchased mojo in Oct 2016 in Goa. Almost done 3500kms as of date. Last week I had a problem of frequent amber light glowing. Had to stop the engine n restart the light would disappear. However last week red light - engine prob -appeared. I stopped the bike immediately. Approached service outlet. They checked found coolant sensor failure.
    I have been riding the bike with frequent amber and red lamp glow as per their advice since they claimed there s no problem and danger to the bike. I hope there are no other related problems cropping up with my riding the bike.
    They do not have proper inventory of the spares and keep telling me that the spares are ordered as per the job requirements which takes a minimum of a week or two or more sometimes
    Just wish to know if it is safe riding the bike

      Have purchased mahindra centuro rockstar from two wheeler nagaur raj on 17 april 2015 giving self start problem since dec 2016 got checked at your service centre viratra automobile barmer people said and warranty for battery is only one year. I have purchased hero splender+ also on same day for my daughter which is in excellent condition. Why mahindra centuro only having battery problem. Arrange to replace the battery immediately other wise i am forced to sell with remarks, that never try to purchase mahindra two wheeler...

      Our Gusto two wheelar last service done on 13.12.2016, But Service is not good and proper.Several problems arises after service like oil leakage from engine, Connecting bolt between the engine and Rear Shock Absorber is missing.Milage also too low, low pulling .

        I bought Mahindra Gusto scooty DL3SDF 9333 on 2nd march 2016 since 1st day of purchase I have been facing issues with the performance of my scooty.
        I am highly unsatisfied and frustrated with the Service team as well, after buying your product within a month the engine continously made irritating noises and the service team made always false committment that it is sorted but it was of no good.
        Everyweek I go to the service centre but the problem is still present infact it is growing more chronic than before. I have no words to express the kind of pathetic service provided by your team.Service manager is highly inapproachable .This mail to is notify this strongly, kindly look into my case and take some measures .

            मैंने महिंद्रा शोरूम प्रताप नगर आगरा से गस्टो वीएक्स फरवरी 2016 में खरीदा। जिसका चेसिस नं.F 1152222 और इंजन नं.FlO 58496 है। खरीदने के साथ ही मुझे महसूस हुआ कि इसका हैंडल कुछ टाइट है। मैंने शोरूम मैनेजर मिस्टर मनोज शर्मा को बताया तो उन्होंने कहा कुछ नहीं चलते-चलते ठीक हो जाएगा। पहली सर्विस पर शोरूम पर मिस्त्री को बताया तो उसने कहा ठीक है। तीसरी सर्विस पर 27.12.2016 को मिस्त्री को बताया कि हैंडल में कुछ दिक्कत है मेरे उल्टे हाथ में दर्द भी हो जाता है तो उसने हैंडल को ढीला किया और फिर कस दिया। लेकिन मुझे फिर भी इसका बैलेंस ठीक नहीं लग रहा। यह उल्टे हाथ की ओर भागता है।
            इस समस्या का निदान शीघ्र अति शीघ्र कराया जाय।

              On sunday, i had gone to service center of mahindra two wheeler at tilak nagar (Jmd automobiles) for service of my bike which no is dl9saw8718 and they have charged me for the service 630/rs for changing the engine oil & chain oil, etc and he will be ensured that you will pickup your vehicle on next day (26th monday’16). I had pickup my bike on date 26th monday’16 at 7:22 pm but after 2 km running the bike. I have found that bike was unnecessary noise and after few minutes, bike has been stopped. After that i saw that one screw which was hold the engine oil was missing (Drain screw) and no engine oil in my bike. I have call to jmd automobiles service center on this no [protected] regarding this issue. He is telling that please stand his bike to nearest metro station and i have stand up my bike in nearest metro station “ uttam nagar west”. I have also complaint in mahindra two wheeler which complaint no is inb57902. I don’t know, they guys are very lazy and careless to his work. They have mentally harass to me and i have also lost my money. I want compensation for this and bike should be proper service by service center otherwise i will be go to escalated this matter in social media and media. For your reference find the details of below mention & attached images of invoice, metro parking & images.

              Note:- ensured me, if i got any phyically damage in engine in futher, it will be totally rsponsible to mahinra two wheelear due to i know that if vehicle is going without engine oil, it was harmful to vehicle.

They are not providing service timely, which effects on my two wheeler, that it's not working properly and giving me many problem while riding and when ever i ask for service of my two wheeler they alway make many excuses and not provide me service for my two wheeler on working days as well.

                  Hello all,
                  I want to share the issues that i have been facing with my new so called mahindra gusto scotty. The scooty is not upto mark and has some birth defect. One is their kick jam, starting problem and many more.
                  To fix such issues mahindra has service station which is very stupid thing since they don’t take any responsibility and accountability for anything. Service centre i am taking about is at: b-48, keshopur industrial area, vikaspuri. On 11th of december i took my scooter there for free service, advisor dint check anything any asked me about the issues, they dint took test ride or even checked the kick which was jammed and i forgot to mention about it… they asked me to come next day to collect it. Due to my office timing, i skipped one day and on tuesday (Dec 13) i went there around 12 o clock. I paid my bill. They handed over scooter to me and it wasn’t started thru self, horn and indicators were working though which proves battery wasn’t drained. Then they tried kick which is jammed again. I asked them to fix this and when they started fixing the problem mechanic found new problem. My question is what the hell they did first time on it. Just refiling the engine oil? I spend more than 3 hours there and they said it will take more time. I asked them to drop my scotter at home since i had to go to the office and they agree for it. Today is december 14 and my scooter is still with them. I tried calling them twice and i only hear that they don’t have anyone. This is ridiculous and shame on the brand name mahindra. I won’t refer this scooter to anyone. I currently use suzuki access and tvs victor which provide me satisfactory customer service and good performance.

                    Dear sir,

                    Once again my gusto two wheeler no up70-cz -3950 failed to start by either of its starting mechanism on10.12.2016 at 06:30pm when i was returning back at distance 2 km in rear of my home. Few people helped me by pushing it to restart but it can not be started. I have to dragged it on road resulting my mental, psychological and economical and social harassment. It has lost my confidence over my social and official activities. I complained to mr sanjay singh, area manager/mahindra two wheelar followed by sub delear union motors mr jafar ali on dt.11.12.2016 and requested for quick rectification as birthday of my daughter was being celebrated on the date and i was having only the self starting vehicle from that ican performed the celebration tasks. Sir iam passing through sciatica pain on my right leg so ican not make selfkick start vehicle. However the sub del ear sent the mechanic two times on the day but he could not rectify the problem. After suggestion by mr sanjay singh, area manager/mahindra and sub delear union motors mr jafar ali it was kept by sub delear in agency for observation and rectification. After observation made on date 12.12.16 mr jafar ali told there is failure in engine and head of the engine, so it need to kept vehicle for further observations and rectification for further ten days. I have to left my vehicle in agency for that i have get no received memo. Without vehicle i am in very inconvenience.
                    Sir i think it is the manufacture defect so the vehicle should be returned back from your side for the sake of goodwill of mahindra, huge brand name and i again requesting to mahindra administration to take the necessary action towards consideration for reimbursement (Money back), i spent along with compensations for its concrete solution. Failing of which i would compel to take legal assistance.

                    Thank you for registering my complain ID 1445200. Yesterday on dt.15.12.16 when I visited the agency to know the status of my complain regarding vehicle the sub dealer representative Mr Sabir Ali told me that vehicle is going to rectified by tomorrow and I Have to pay Rs 1500/ (approx) for its maintenance cost as some of its parts have been replaced. I shocked and new problem arises that why I should pay the amount for my purchase of manufacture defected vehicle at the cost of Rs 60000/ and despite being in warranty period . Sir I Lost my mental, psychological and discipline status in each field viz official, social and familiar status resulting lack of confidence due to purchase of this defected vehicle as I am complaining one to two time on an average per month since the purchase of my vehicle . I have paid each of my previous complains by varying amount . Now I am not in position to pay any more amount for this manufacturer defected vehicle which is in warranty period.
                    Sir I again requesting you to take necessary action toward replacement/reimbursement along with compensatory lost amount, I suffered for it immediately failing of which I may go for legal assistance .

                    I am looking for spare part for Mahindra Rodio 2010 model and i called multiple times on customer care and M2ALL center but no one is replying me properly.
                    They are giving me some irrelevant contact no. and saying they are register dealers for Mahindra 2 wheelers then also they are not solving my problem

                      I have bought a mahindra flyte scooter, 2011, but from then i'have start problem with it. Most of the time its engine got break down at any place.

                      I went to service centre for this regards 3 times, but the problem not yet shorted out.
                      and this products resale value is zero rupees
                      High fuel consumption on my gusto and it is just giving 20 km per liter. If i complain to nearest service center they are not caring about it please help me about this

                        I have purchased the scooter in 2011, since then I have spent enormous amount of money just to ensure it still runs, pathetic engine and it's spare parts. Parts are so expensive. On every service, I found one or the other part is not working, specially battery expires every 18-20 months, sometimes CDA needs to be changed, dear MAHINDRA scooter owners stop manufacturing these faulty products, it cause lot of inconvenience to people. I'm gona drag the company to court for selling such faulty products.

                            I have bought a Mahindra Duro DZ from MEXX WORLD, 76B, Block- E, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053 on 11/06/2014. Six months ago, the Grabrail of the scooty has been broken from the joints. After repeated requisitions, I have received today ( 30/11/2016) a Grabrail ( SC[protected]) costing Rs.555/- alongwith 2.25% extra for card payment. Surprisingly, 2 hours after installing the Grabrail, I found it broken from one of the joints. The Manager of the Mahindra service centre under MEXX WORLD had previously admitted that there is complaints against the Grabrail. What I have to complain is that why the Company is selling such poor quality accessories. I have informed Mexx World about the problem, but they declined to have any solution. I want another Grabrail against the broken one. Pl. solicite my problem.

                                I purchased a mahindra flight scooter in december, 2011 from bankura showroom. After 2 months the showroom was withdrawn and i received no service from your company. Now a serious defect had been traced out. The engine is emitting white smoke and producing a very strange sound. The staff from your present showroom said that the piston has to be changed. The engine is damaged. How can a scooter from a reputed company like yours have such a product which gets damaged running just 8000+ km on road? The scooters from other companies are running smoothly for more than 10 years.
                                I was not given any service by your company. Now the engine is damaged. Why will people now think of buying your products if it happens so?
                                May i now expect that your company will now take care of my scooty and make necessary repairs without any charges?

                                  I have purchased mahindraGusto from Bharat auto two wheeler dealer Tumkur Karnatakain April 2015 giving self start problem since may 2016got checked at your service station Tumkur service station people said and warranty for battery is only one year.I have purchased Honda activa also on same day for my daughter which is in excellent condition.Why mahindraGusto only having battery problem.Arrange to replace the battery immediately other wise I am forced to sell with remarks, that never try to purchase mahindra two wheeler.

                                    I purchased gusto vx 110cc from navyug wheels pvt ltd solapur. I paid rs 10000 on29-08-16 and paid rs 50544 on[protected]. I paid money on the condition of getting rc particular within 2days. I got delivery on[protected]. Gusto was not starting with electric start and passing of vehicle is not done.. So i called care with reference no 56883 on[protected]. He said.. Passing of vehicle will be done on monday after diwali. He send person for repair vehicle.
                                    I am union bank of india employee.
                                    So i get daily one litre petrol allowance. Now u take back your vehicle. I want my money which i lost bz of your dealer and care.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I would like to inform you that I purchased Centuro Two wheeler in July 2014 from Sri Ganesh Automobile, Jeypore (Odisha) with a belive that the vehicle is manufactured by Mahindra Company known to be most reliable and reputed Company. But since I had purchased the bike, it is giving troubles for which I have brought your notice and it was rectified by the Service centre. The details of problems along with the repair undertaken thereof till date.

                                      i) Battery was expired in Aug-15 just after one year. The matter was reported to you but in vain.

                                      ii) Mileage was about 50 Kms and rectified at service centre but there was no improvement. Once again in the month of Aug 2016, I visited service centre with a complain that low mileage. On checking it was 60 Km. Presently mileage is about 40 Kms on checking from the point it comes to reserve to again comes to reserve after filling.

                                      iii) No Pick-up and engine vibration was reported which was rectified at service centre but marginally improved.

                                      iv) .Fuel Gauge assy was defective which was rectified on 19/12/2015. Presently the same is defective for which I visited service centre but as I was told that the same can be replaced only after approval. Now I came to that the same is not approved although bike is under Warranty.

                                      The Bike is under Warranty and I feel there is certain manufacturing defect lies with the Engine or its components due which low mileage & pick-up problem exists. I am not satisfied with the performance of the bike at all. The bike is most expensive rather than economical.

                                      Further it is pertinent to mention that service centre is 40 Kms away from my residence and visiting again & again is time consuming and incurred additional expenditure. Moreover the service centre is closed on Sunday for which I have to take leave from Office and visit service centre for servicing/repair.

                                      In view of the above, it is my humble request to resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                        Its a very bad experience.. When i purchased mahindra centuro after first servicing m facing alots of problem in bike.. M also visited service center many times and also raised the complaints many times but still not get proper resolution..
                                        In these days m facing alots of prob. There is a noise coming from the engine like tik tik while m driving and then bike stuck and yesterday also m faced same prob.. Many times i tried to start my bike but its not started then hv to pull the bike above 4 km.. Its totally harrasing for me and aftr that i visited service center on 12th nov.2016 but service center closed nxt day also visited but still closed and also try to contact with phone but no response... Ryt nw m still facing prob.. Regarding this i already complained but service center engineer said its a minor prob and said i will resolve this but he didn't.. M going to highlight this issue on social media and also i will advice my close one to not purchase any thng regarding mahindra. And also m not going to pay my emi of this bike.. Until i get a proper resolution of my bike.. And also i will take a legal action regarding this.
