Hi Team,
I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo bike (Black color) in the year 2011 in Vinayaka Motors Sathayamangalam, Erode Dt. Reg num: TN-36, T - 4925
From the date of purchase, I have received lots of complaints in the bike and informed the same to Vinayaka Motors and they just rectify the complaints in the bike. Please find the complaints below,
1. Within a week of purchase, Electrical problem.
2. After 10 days from the above complaint Buzzer gone off and they have replaced the buzzer from their Test driving bike.
3. Got stains in my Rim and it spoil the tube, changed the Rim.
4. Bearing has been changed.
Within 4 years, I have ride only 21, 800 kms. I used to travel only 8 kms per day.
I have informed to Vinayaka motors about the complaint and they are not providing any satisfied feedback.
At the time of purchase, only one bike was there. So we refused to purchase because we don’t even have any chance to choose. But they compel us to get it by saying the bike was blocked for us.
I am not sure about this Grievance cell else I would have posted this comments at the time of purchase itself.
