Mahindra Two Wheelers — mahindra gusto not starting up

My name is dr. Ajoy samuel mammen. I own a mahindra gusto. I reside in trivandrum, kerala state. I am having very bad experience with the vehicle. It is not starting for the past 4 days. I called the mahindra two wheeler service centre at kaimana in trivandrum and told about the problem. They said to bring the vehicle. I asked to sent any pickup facility since by the time i come back from. My work it will be past the usual office time. They gave the lame excuse that since they are shifting the service centre they don't have any people do do the job.in trivandrum there are no other authorised mahindra two wheeler service centres. Also other two wheeler service centre won't even touch a mahindra vehicle
Don't know what to do.
Hope it reaches proper ears and take action immediately since a customer satisfaction is the best advertisement for any brand.
