Mahindra Two Wheelers — Mahindra MOJO Magnetic tank bag not delivered | |||
Dear Mahindra MOJO team, I picked up a Mahindra MOJO a month ago and the dealer SKANDA motors promised that they will provide me with a magnetic tank bag if I pick up my bike by booking it on Paytm (attaching the evidence). I did that and was charged an additional 500 by paytm as service charge. Details: Purchase date: 18th March 2017 File #: 3362 The problem is that even after 1 month from the date of purchase, i have not received the magnetic tank bag. The dealer is making it look like is coming from Antarctica, by foot. While the bike is great, the whole customer experience has been completely destroyed by this mistake by Mahindra MOJO team.
