Mahindra Two Wheelers — Not received paytm cashback for gusto scooter

I have booked mahindra gustovx through paytm on[protected] by paying netbanking of rs.51160/- vide order no [protected]. After that i received a message your paytm cashback of rs.5000 may get stuck due to your current limit of rs.10k. Increase limit to rs.1lqac free of cost. Then i contact my dealer. He said that some problem have arise in paytm orders. Shortly you may receive your amount. If not received within 15 days you can contact directly to the company through customer care complaint. Now more than 20 days gone. Till now i dont receive my cash back offer money of Rs.5000/- or any message from company for delaying. Please rectify this immediately and send money immediately to my account. I can wait upto 31st December, 2015. After that i have to approach legally on you. This is for your kind information.
