Mahindra Two Wheelers — Stallio bike complaint | |||
I bought the Mahindra Stallio bike on Dec’10, from Yuvan Motors, Taramani, Chennai. I underwent many complaint starts from starting onwards, in this bike and gave service to the company. The Chennai Dealer and Service engineer said that the bike has more than 13 complaints. They said that the company will rectify and replace all the complaints within 3 months or otherwise will change the bike. Mahindra two wheelers stopped the product of Stallio bike due the major fault on Feb’12. In RTO office registration, Yuvan motors enter the wrong model name in RC book. Every time I pay the fine to traffic police checking and till now it continues. Later on, I shifted to Salem for my business. I started my own Medical diagnostic laboratory in Salem. As I underwent many complaints frequently, I gave the bike to service. But no use. Spares and qualified technicians are not available in dealer side in Stallio bike. Every time spares are got from the Head office. The dealer hold the bike until they got the spares. The complaints are not rectified. Each and every time, I mailed the complaints to Mahindra customer care. They kept my bike for service and returned to me. At that time the bike is ok. But within 1 month again complaints starts. It continues from the purchase of bike. I spent money more than the bike amount . it leads to mental tension. The mileages also very poor. Past 2 years, I asked to replace new bike or refund the amount. There is no response on Mahindra two wheelers side. Was this information helpful? | |||
