Mahindra Two Wheelers — Unsatisfactory Service | |||
Due to bit problems in the front wheel of my Mahindra Duo Scooter KL07/ BV2148, I had given it to the service center named Pulimootil Automobiles located at Vadavathoor P.O, Kalathpady, Kottayam - 686010, Kerala on 20/2/2017. The Scooter was serviced and a bill of nearly 3000 Rs was given. The scooter was yet to stop giving us problem even after coming from the service center. We had payed 3000 Rs and still the scooter had complaint. We had purchased the second had scooter by hearing the prestige of Mahindra Group.I am still not satisfied with the service and request you to send an another senior technician from your head office. We are not interested in going to the above service center again. If another technician is not available we will be disposing off the scooter soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
