    I had invested in Maitreya's plotting scheme but the company's owner got in bankrupts.Hanvent received my money ..their agents are not taking calls and neither mumbai office.
    I need either my money or plot against it

          It's been 8 years I had invested my money.And every time you say it will be asap but I had not get a single unit.I will file a case against you if I didn't got my money.Dont give me interest but give my base price.

                        Here i have paid 4 premium of rs 8200 with respectively
                        [protected], 2014, 2015 & 2016 total amount paid was 33600.

                        And as per agreement i should get my money back of rs 43200 in 2017 but same was not refunded to me when i call agent they saying you will get but still no response.

                        And last week while searching i saw sebi notice issued against the company.
                        Please assist me to get my money back.

                                Jan 2015 The Maitreya Is closed their office, now company is not giving my money back. even not providing any information. even Hon. Court has ordered them to repay all customers money.
