In February, 2015 one call has been received by me from that company staff "Raghu Ram". Saying that, your no. has been selected for free travel accommodation in three country i.e. India, Thailand and Malaysia and also referral gift sony z2 tablet and for that you should pay just Rs.7, 999/- only. He promised me that the referral gift i.e. sony z2 tablet is an assured gift and for that he give me his personal no. [protected] and saying that you can call me till the gift has been received. After that I make a payment of Rs. 7, 999/- to “makemygateway” through net banking for tablet. After 15 days one leaflet and form of travel of that company has been received by my but no tablet has been received. Many time I called “Raghu Ram” but he does not pickup my call and after that I called many time to customer service centre of that company i.e. “[protected]” and “[protected]” and every time person of receiver has been changed and every person telling me that my tablet will be send to me shortly due to shortage of stock. After 3 month of struggling one person named “Kartik (Ramakrishna)” from that company told me that, for tablet you should pay another Rs. 7, 999/-. Now I want to get my tablet or refund of my money Rs. 7, 999/- that’s all.

Subject: - Fraud played with me Notice thereof Memo, On 17th of Jan. 2015 I got more than 10 calls from your company phone no’s [protected] & +361 for purchase of holiday package @7999/-. The representative o[censored]r company while selling the package assured me that on purchase of the package company will give Sony Z2 Tab as gift within three days of the payment and I purchased this package no 2471/32700651 on same day by paying through SBI net banking. But it is a matter of great regret that the gift has not been dispatched till today. Mr. Rishav your Customer Care representative attending telephone no[protected] always told lies with me. Once he gave me courier details of some Aggarwal Transport company. On my inquiry after some days of dispatch as told by him, he further told me that the gift has reached at Manali and the vehicle carrying the packet met with an accident and the gift has been damaged. I gave him another address of Delhi he assured me to dispatch the same within three days in the first week of the March. On 18th March I personally visited your offices on the address provided by you in your web site and at H.98/7 sec-62as given in the package form at Noida. But to my surprise it was told by the gate keeper of 51, that they have shifted their office to somewhere else. Then I visited to H 98/7 Sec 62 but there was no office it was told by auto driver that there is no building bearing this address in sec 62. After that I visited the office of DTDC courier services on the address provided by you on the form thay told me that they are least concerned with your company and the packages dispatched by you are always without any sender’s address. They gave me another address near KENT RO A-2 Sector -59, where it was told by the gate keeper that your office in ground floor is in operation from 8.00 Pm to 4.00 AM every day. On 23 March Mr. Ramakrishna apologized for the inconvenience caused to me and advised me to send a request for refund of my money. I mailed the same in the evening. But till today I have not received my money back. Now a day’s both your telephones are being switched off whole of the day. It is clear from above that your company has played a fraud /420 with me. Now through this memo I request your good self to kindly dispatch me my gift i.e SONY Z2 Tab or refund my Money 7999/- within seven days, failing which I will be left with no alternative other than to file a FIR against your company followed by a criminal case for committing fraud /420 with me. I was most disappointed to know that an ISO company like yours could stoop to such low level of luring prospective customers by promising false offers. Whoever has done this, I'm sure it will have a very negative effect on the reputation of your company and I don't want to be a part of such an unscrupulous entity. If you want me to ignore this and save the reputation of the company, please arrange to refund the amount I've paid (Rs.7999/-) and if you say that the amount once paid is not refundable as per company policy, I’ll do everything possible to spread this cheating methodology of yours to lure customers, to as many of my friends and contacts as possible. Hello I had received a call from "Make My Gateway" on 03-Mar-2015 based on my irctc transaction. They mentioned that if I purchase their holiday package of Rs. 7999/- then they will send me Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet. Initially I did not trust, but they sent me mails from their company domain and they shared my basic profile information as per irctc site. So it was looking trustworthy as I that information was related to 03-Mar-2015 transaction. So I purchased their holiday package worth Rs. 7999/- and a few verification calls happened. Later I received their holiday package by courier and after many phone calls I was able to contact them and second verification happened as per holiday package order number. At this time I was told that they will dispatch it on 04-Apr-2015 and mail me tracking number of courier. After this mail who is the senior manager of the support team Mr. Rajeev Patnakar taken my case and he also has been committed to deliver my product with in a week, he said me on that day, Sir, anyway you have waited for 3 months for your product, This is the last time will deliver your product in a week. As per this Gentleman statement again I've awaited for 15 days from the date of his commitment. Here also I did not get any result.

For this process again he has been taken one month. Meanwhile I'm following up with him to get it done soon. at last the "THIRD Attempt" of the dispatched with the following docket no.46462853 on 24th Feb 2015 Monday, this Docket no was shared by Mr. Ry shyam.Here also I've awaited for 15 days after dispatched the product, here also I was failed to get this product. As far as I know in India if you take any low class courier service, they will not take more than 10 days to deliver the product across the India. But here I was awaited for months to get my courier. But again and again no result :(

When I called after 15 days to your support team one of the gentleman said "we can not
dispatch what we have committed product due to some internal processes". and
we'll give your money back.

Here I need a clarification on my case, who will responsible for my justify on this case?

Firstly, I have not approached you to buy your product, you people contacted me to buy your product and committed for the assured gift what I have specified in the subject above line. Now you people saying that we'll return your money after I've awaited for five months.

I've reached you till now more than 3000 times about this case, the number looks may be odd but it's true. here funnily what happened you know, You have remembered my contact details whenever I contact you, When I said I'm Lingaraju, every support person knows my name and my case. Most of the times when I said my name after hello some of them keep the phone without any answer, it may be irritating you when I was called you, butwithout reason why should I called you? Do you think I've no work to call and irritate you every time? See, I also one of the successful IT Manager for the list of fortune 500 COMPANY, even I too know the value of the support people how much they'll struggle during the calls. I've contacted with these people from your support end: Ry Shyam, Rajeev Patnakar, MS Chotala, Harish, Rahul Kapoor, Mohit Verma, Amith Deekshith, Ramaswami and some others.

When I come to the final conclusion, I need my product which you have committed within a week time, I don't know who will be taking responsibility at this time, I need written proof with this mail by keeping the CC to Sri. Sandeep Chaurasia who is Managing Director of MAKEMYGATEWAY organization.

I received call from a person named Rajiv Dixit from mobile no. [protected] on 18/03/2015 he said he is calling on behalf of MakeMyGateWay. And I have been selected randomly for the scheme in which I need to pay Rs. 7999/- and will be given a special gift Sony Experia Z2 Tablet worth Rs. 48000/- along with a holiday package of 4N/5D in 3 to 5 star hotel. And also stated that this scheme was only for one day. and If I pay the amount then my gift Sony Experia Z2 Tablet worth Rs. 48000/- will be dispatched and I will be given courier details within half an hour. I had doubt on the company that how can a company give such big gift worth Rs. 48000/- + Holiday Package, in Just Rs. 7999/-, so he asked me to talk to the manager Mr. Ramakrishna, Mr. Ramakrishna told me that their company is giving such big gifts at a token amount of Rs. 7, 999/- just to promote their company. They also offered me to pay the amount in 6 installments and I did not get proper gift I can cancel the remaining installments. Finally thinking that it might be true I trusted the company and paid the amount. An executive from their accounts department Mr. Abhinav guided me to make the payment and told me to wait for sometime. But I did not receive e-mail, So on next day when I called Rajiv Dixit he said that first I need to get verified and for that I will receive a verification call from their company which has more than 350 employees and is in market more than 5 years ago. As I made the payment and since then I was given false answers like first they told me that the person who called me named Rajiv Dixit is ill and my gift will be dispatched soon. then till 10 days they said my gift will be dispatched today or tomorrow. then finally I got call from Rahul Kopoor from mobile no [protected], he told me that my gift will be couriered today and courier details will be sent through e-mail. I did not received any information so I called Rahul Kapoor on [protected] but shockingly the person from the other side said it was wrong number and he was Abhishek Mathur and don't know about MakeMyGateWay. Till date I am waiting for my gift and everyday I try calling the numbers from which I received calls, but al the numbers are either switch off or not reachable or not available.

SIR, we have complained about the non receipt of item or our amount of rs 7999/- for which paying interest why you have not settled the issue as you have told only one day offer and collected our hard earned money eventhough several months over you have not given any reply for our emails and not finalised the issue we do not understand is there any amount due from our end why you are deceiving the public by offering false promises and cheating...

There was call from this company representative who said that they will give a holiday package of 4D3N of some selected hotels in India, Thailand and Malaysia. They also said i have been selected for the day for issuing a Gift of Sony Experia tablet if I subscribe on the same day. I have done the same, but neither the Gift has come nor the Holiday package. I have sent a mail to their email id, nobody even responds. They have given phone number in their website and when we call them, the phone rings but no body picks the call and answers. This company is a bogus company and the website is a misleading & cheating one, just trying to cheat innocent Indians.

I am also a victim of Make my gateway company cheating nature. I also booked a holiday package from the same company saying to give a gift along with the holiday package. As on today i never received any kind of gift. As well as even they people are not lifting the call for booking the holiday package at least.

Representative from MakeMyGateway called and informed me that they are offering me gift package of sony xperia z2 tablet for maximum usage of PAYTM payment gateway. To get this gift package, they asked me to book a travel package of 7999 INR. Once i booked, i got confirmation that i will be receiving gift package soon. After some days, i didn't get any response and soon i realized that i have been cheated. simillarly many people have got cheated which i came acoss complains registered in websites. I just want my money back. Here are my details Order No: 2339, final order no: MG0412. Order placed on 4th of december. Customer Number: +[protected] I have wasted my time in calling the customer service of MakeMyGateway.com. Whenever i call, they claim that they will be sending package without any default. Past one month, i couldn't able reach them as most of the time it will be busy or either they won't attend the call. I just want my money back INR 7999.
