Dear Sir / Madam, I Vetrikumaran S, residing at 9/193 Thirumurugan Street, Veerasamy Nagar, Alangombu Post, Sirumugai – 641 302. I was convinced to purchase a travel package from “MAKEMYGATEWAY.COM” on payment of Rs7999/-. During our conversation, I was told that my number has been shortlisted for a promotional offer of “SONY TAB Z3”, by their representative. He also asked me to go through their website (provided above). In the website it was mentioned as “REFERAL GIFT”. When I asked for the above, I was told that if I would have purchased directly only, it comes under referral gift. But as we called it is not referral. They told it’s for sure. The transaction was made on October 9, 2014. For which I got an acknowledgment from their side. Later after a week when I contacted through phone, I was told that first the holiday package will be delivered as a process of address confirmation later TAB. But what they committed in the beginning was both will be dispatched on the same day. I waited, waited, only I got the holiday package. Then I contacted them over phone. I was given a fake tracking ID. When I asked for the details they told me that the product has reached them back, damaged. At last on December 20, I received a mail from them stating that “Dear Sir, Very good evening to you. We are sorry to say that we can not refund your money in this month because our black out time is running now, till 10th of jan 2015 we will refund your money.Further if you have any query you can send us email regarding this. But the refund was made. Later when I contacted them they told orally that it will be done on or before 28th February, 2015. Till date nothing was done. Please help me in getting back my money. Make my gateway an ISO certified company and I have been selected for an

holiday package and an gift of Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet for worth Rs 7999.He kept on

pleasing me and got trapped in it.Once payment was done i got calls from different

nos [protected], [protected]

The Order No Ref: 2361/[protected].

I even got Hard copy of Voucher request form of Holiday package by courier for final

confirmation which I did.After sending of the Confirmation form I was to receive gift

package.I have not received anything as yet.Now all the numbers they use to call

from are out of order or not responding. I even have recording of the conversation I

had with this people for evidence.

I, got a call on 21st November 2014, from Make My Gate Way, Ms. Pinky Verma and Rohit Sharma. They committed me that if I pay on the same day, they will provide Sony Xpedia Z2 Tablet, which Market value is Rs. 48000. The same was about to provided as GIFT. He and She Both, also committed as you are regular Holiday movers and lucky in draw. I also pay Rs. 7999 on 21st November 2014 only and still awaiting Gift, which is committed by Make my Gate Way, Representative. Till date, i.e. 21st Feb. 2015, I have NOT receive GIFT. There are numbers of call did, they either not pick-up the calls and if they take than always one Sentence, i.e. "Today we are dispatching". I got this call from company 'Make My Gateway' (site: makemygateway.com) from number [protected] and they offered me a holiday package worth 7999 and along with that a free 'Sony Xperia Z2 tablet'. I bought the package on 14 oct 2014. But there is no news of the Tablet since that day. They say it is coming by Aggarwal 'Movers n Packers' . CHEATERS, FRAUDS... They are also not refunding my money!! <BR> Please Find them & ARREST THEM. BAN their site. <BR> Their people called Rishabh & Rahul are fooling me around for last 4 months.

On January 03rd 2015 I purchased the holiday package based on promises made by Abhishek of a assured gift of sony xperia Z2. I was amazed as the cost of this is 4 times more than the package and Mr Abhishek said that they are promoting their holiday packages and their company that is why they are giving this gift to those who purchase holiday package. He even said my billing address he got from IRCTC payment gateway where we usually make our IRCTC payment. He was successful in fooling me of the false gift and purchase the gift which will be dispatched the next day itself. I waited and waited but there was no response from them. Then I called them and they said that I need to receive a booking ID through post. So I waited for the post. Once I received the post I called them told them the order no which is 0301. Mr Risheb said that he will pass the information to their dispatch team and they will dispatch the gift. I waited and waited but still failed to get any gift nor any response. So I called them again this time they come with one more reason saying that he Mr Risheb will check and call me the next day and provide me the tracking details. Fianally Risheb gave a doc tracking # 43562589 through Agarwal packers. I called Agarwal they said the doc # is itself wrong. So I called Risheb and told him the same. He said that their co has a tie up with them these can not be tracked as the actual doc tracking # is only 7 digits. The 8 digit no is only for our references and they dont have movers and packers number. These people go to any extend to fool the customers. In feb 2015 they said that they dispached it but that truck got an accident and the free gift is returning to Noida at our office and my gift will parcel on monday 2nd March 2015. Such incidences are happening regularly so RBI and consumer forum should investigate this matter seriously Dr N. M. Somalkar

Dear Sir, I had submitted a complain, but there is no respond from you side.Here I am submitting my complain again in before you.On date 03/01/2015 I had a phone call came to me and after that one man saying me to book a holiday package with a referal gift by the name Tab or Black berry smart phone but after booking there is no referal gift only a hard copy is supplied me.Now I have no faith on them so plz help me to re fond me my money from that company.my order no is 2440 and EBS ID Is 32217634. On 02 nd Jan 2015 I got a call from phone No. +[protected] named Rahul Kapur claimed to be called from make my gate way and told that I got selected as winner of the lucky draw of Make my Gateway and got opportunity to get a gift of Sony Xperia Z2 Tab if I book a holiday package for Rs 7999/- and the deal valid for the day only. I simply ignored, but again on 3rd December I got a call from a guy of Chennai of same company named Ramakrishnan said that I was selected as one among the customer for the gift and time is extended for another day i.e 3rd January 2015 and also assured that if I pay on the same day he would dispatch the Holiday package along with the Sony Xperia Z2 Tab by DTDC courier. Like a fool I have paid immediately the amount and got the payment confirmation. Three days latter I got a mail from make my gate way saying that my mobile was switched off and required an alternate number for verification and confirmation or I need to contact their customer care number. Since then I had tried to contact them through their customer care Number (0120.6520173 &[protected] but I got the recorded voice message that 'please check the number you have dialed' for the second the number is switched off. . After a week I got their customer care line and the response was very poor. Till today they could neither dispatch the product as they assured nor return the money back. Even today I contacted their customer care, complained about this, the reply is same that they will look in to that. I just keep on trying them and they also keep on telling that the product will be dispatched soon but results in vein. Even one time they said that the product is dispatched and it will reach in three days, after three days I just contacted their customer care, I really shocked with the reply that the product was returned to them because it got damaged during transit. I really wonder that how can they find out the damage of product during transit. As far as my knowledge is concerned, the damage can only be found when the product is unpacked by the receiver. You may all understand that how far they decide to cheat. Even after many complaints seen in the web address Make My Gateway Customer Care - Consumer Complaints Forum, they continue to cheat. I would like to file a case against them, and I had recorded the conversation as proof. Also I hereby request the concerned authority to look into it and see that such idiotic incident should not be repeated. YUVARAJ V

I got a call from[protected] on Date: 14-Feb-2015 and they said that www.makemygateway.com offering me a Package worth Rs 7, 999/- and they are sending Sony Xperia Z3 through courier along with the package. When I Made a payment after that there is no response from the team. I called no.of times the concern persons and they are not responding, as per their policy we can cancel the Travel order within 8 days once order confirmed. I have Cancelled my travel order after 4 days only and sent an email also to them stating that, am cancelling my Travel plan and revert back the amount to my account. Even after also they didn't responded. Please help me on this fraud company.

He said that my company will give you tablet sony xperia z2 after making payment of 7999. so paid this money by online banking from IDBI BANK account no:[protected] on 24th january 2015.i wait for call from company when nobody call about package or tablet after 4 days i called company mobile number and rohit sharma's personal number both are switched off. so i send a mail and told them about sending my money back. Next day i got a call from company he will told about my package, he told me this money is non refundable after he send me acknowledge below mention by mail. I got a call from Mr. Raghuram having cell no. [protected] promising me a Sony vaio Laptop along with a Holiday Package for which i havent got any reply till date... I am requesting the Indian Consumer Forum to pls arrest them and take appropriate action ...

mr rama krishna called me on 09 jan and told about the trip and its cost 7999/- and they offering referel gift of sony experia z2 tap with this pack.but once the process has done .i have paid 7999/- i have recieved the pack but no referel gift, now i am calling means he is not lifting my call and i have tried for the customer care number also but once they gave answer that rama krishna will call but no call for me and now customer care also not lifing my call.this is a fraud company and bloody cheaters in this company.please do the need for me. i need my amount to be refund so please kindly do the need.rama krishna number ([protected]), gupta customercare([protected]).

These all guys are fraud from makemygateway.com. They kept a registered website but behind that they are doing the fake business. They are calling and Insisting other people to book Rs. 7999/- value package . With that they are putting wrong commitments for giving the spl gift of Sony Z2Tab along with the holiday package. It's almost going to be 3 months, I didn't receive anything from them. Moreover everytime I'm calling they are giving different answers. Ultimately I came to know nothing is going to happen. Please support to get back the refund amount. I'm ready to cancel the package. These guys are fraud. If possible lock the business where numbers of people are getting disturbed. Stop the business. These people go to any extend to fool the customers. He asked to wait for week and I will receive the gift. But failed to receive the gift even after 15 days. So I called them again, now the new story is that agarwal packers has resend back my courier and they will send the fresh courier. I waited for a week. Still no response. So i called them today and now they are telling that u have to give some 10 12 referrals then we will dispatch the Tab. Then i shouted on them to refund the money. They told me that it will take 45 days to refund the money. Please take action against these culprits. On Sep 1st, 2014, I purchased the holiday package based on promises made by Amit of a assured gift of sony xperia Z2. He even said my billing address which fooled me. After regular follow up, they asked to get a post where the ID will be there. T. Mr Abishek said that he will pass the information to their dispatch team and they will dispatch the gift. Ever time, they speak with different dame and false dispatch details I'm regularly sending mails, and no response over that. They gave different Doc numbers and said that the gift is send through agarwal packers and movers, and the doc number was wrong every time. I waited and waited but still failed to get any gift nor any response. So I called them again this time they come with one more reason saying that he Mr Risheb will check and call me the next day and provide me the tracking details. So I called them again, now the new story is that the tracking is for a different Shankar and he provided me with a different doc # 43562809 and asked me to wait for a week. But again the same story. On 10th Jan I called again with frustation and asked Mr Risheb to connect to his manager and he transferred the call to Mr Ramakrishna who is another expert in cheating customers. He promised me wait for a week and he provide me with a dispatch tracking #. He promised now he will look into this and call me after a week which he failed to do so. So I called after many follow ups Ramakrishna provide me the tracking # 46465435 on 19th Jan and asked to wait for a week but still fail to receive any thing. Today is 29th and there is no progress. I even told them that I am recording all their calls and have track of all the emails and I am going to file a case and reach to the government to teach lesson to fraud companies like their and post about my experience on all social sites to which Mr Risheb said do whatever who want. These people are not sacred of doing wrong also. Request you to take corrective action and make sure these people stop fooling the customers. i got a call from [protected] & [protected] on 20.01.2015 and they said that www.makemygateway.com offering me a package worth 7999 and they are sending a free gift of Sony tablet with Holiday Package worth Rs.7999/- through courier along with the package.but no response from next time onwards.please find them and save my valuable money from them.
