Make My Gateway — Refund of paid amount Rs 7999

False assurance of gifting a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet with HOliday package of 7999.

I got a call from [protected] and they said that www.makemygateway.com offering me a package worth 7999 and they are sending tablet through courier along with the package. I paid thru payU mumbai on 26/11/2015. I have received only package details, but till I have not received tablet and they are saying every time one new stories when ever I called them. Please clear my problem and punish them, due other will save from them.

www.makemygateway.com is fraud website and the people are calling from the given numbers[protected], [protected], , [protected], [protected], [protected]and the name of the guys who are involved in this fraud are ramakrishna, vishal, rohit sharama.

www.makemygateway.com is fake website.those people called me and said ur selected for gift of

tablet along with the holiday packege i dinot gaet any ordered items till now.i paid amount of 7999

on aug 25th 2014.the fraud people names are vishal, ramakrishna, rohith sharma and kappor .the

hone numbers i get the calls from fraud people are[protected],[protected],

[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. they are telling all my details how come

i dont know.please find them

its very unfortunate that this MAKE MY GATE WAY site is the worst of worst sites. it has its fake representatives like- Ramakrishna, who makes calls from various numbers and chats with the people very cleverly to ensure reliability further makes the people to open the said MAKE MY GATE WAY website and direct the people till the make payments Rs- 7999/- on using various bank cards. he assures that they will provide SONY ZERPIA TAB Costs 48000/- later they change their number. and the innocent people are being fooled. its the worst that inspite of giving so many complaints no any organisation takes it seriously and protects the victims.please lets comeforward and go on complaining to various related organisations till we get justice. it happened to me on 22.11.14 evening.it has been going on for months together... pl be careful.

it is very embarrassing and the saddest incident that might ever have taken place but is verily true incase of MAKE MY GATEWAY.COM. Today at around 1 pm. [protected] . A man Called VIKASH, made me a call on behalf of make my gatgeway.com. and THREATENED me saying that if i do not take out the previous complaint from this page, they will not give me any thing against my deposit of Rs. 7999/-
they are tellilng me to collect the package and gift from the GOOGLE, because i have made the complaint on GOOGLE. I wonder if the company recruits the employees to promote business or hires touts to threaten the people. i request the concerned authority to look into it and see that such idiotic incident should not be repeated.
I DONOT KNOW WHAT THEY MAY DO AGAIN AFTER GOING THROUGH THIS ( IInd ) COMPLAINT.

Make my gateway is a cheat and I also paid Rs.7999/ on 1st November 2014 and till date no mobile arrived. many time the company phone does not work and they dont answer the phone ever if it works. with great difficulty i got through this thugs Amit saxesna, vikas, ramakrishna and others. it is truely a fraud company. Iam contemplating to take a legal action against them. One of my classmate is a lawyer at Delhi and i approached him for a suitable action. I want all the grieved persons to contact me to take a joint action.

Forutunately, i searched google and found these complaints and escaped. They say the company is iso certified company.

On 27 Nov 2014 I got a call from ph no [protected] & [protected] named Rahul Kapur claimed to be called from makemygateway I am selected as winner of the lucky draw of Make my Gateway and got opportunity to get a gift of Sony Xperia Tab of I book a holiday package for Rs 7900/- and the deal valid for the day only. Like a fool I have paid immediately the amount and got the payment confirmation. Since then till now I have called their so called Customer care no [protected] and also to those nos and I got the reply that soon the gift will be sent to me. On 05th jan I have called to their customer care one Mr Akash lifted the phone and told me that Mr Rahul Kappor had been fired from the company, and they cannot give the gift as only Mr Rahul Kapoor had assured so he will only know the status of the gift . But as no longer Mr Rahul kapoor is not the employee of Make my gateway so there is no chance of getting the gift.During talking withso called Mr Rahul Kapoor he gave me another no and told me as it is his personal no the no is [protected]. Like wise they fraud the innocent customer . kindly do needful to cancel the offer and refund my hard earn money.

On Nov 19th I purchased the holiday package based on promises made by Amit of a assured gift of sony xperia Z2. I was amazed as the cost of this is 4 times more than the package and Mr Amit said that they are promoting their holiday packages and their company that is why they are giving this gift to those who have made purchases on flipkart. He even said my billing address which fooled me. He was successful in fooling me of the false gift and purchase the gift which will be dispatched the next day itself. I waited and waited but there was no response from them. Then I called them and they said that I need to receive a booking ID through post. So I waited for the post. Once I received the post I called them told them the order ID which is 1911. Mr Risheb said that he will pass the information to their dispatch team and they will dispatch the gift. I waited and waited but still failed to get any gift nor any response. So I called them again this time they come with one more reason saying that he Mr Risheb will check and call me the next day and provide me the tracking details. Fianally Risheb gave a doc tracking # 43562589 through Agarwal packers. I called Agarwal they said the doc # is itself wrong. So I called Risheb and told him the same. He said that their co has a tie up with them these can not be tracked as the actual doc tracking # is only 7 digits. The 8 digit no is only for our references. These people go to any extend to fool the customers.


He asked to wait for week and I will receive the gift. But failed to receive the gift even after 15 days. So I called them again, now the new story is that the tracking is for a different Shankar and he provided me with a different doc # 43562809 and asked me to wait for a week. But again the same story.


On 10th Jan I called again with frustation and asked Mr Risheb to connect to his manager and he transferred the call to Mr Ramakrishna who is another expert in cheating customers. He promised me wait for a week and he provide me with a dispatch tracking #. He promised now he will look into this and call me after a week which he failed to do so. So I called after many follow ups Ramakrishna provide me the tracking # 46465435 on 19th Jan and asked to wait for a week but still fail to receive any thing. Today is 29th and there is no progress.


I even told them that I am recording all their calls and have track of all the emails and I am going to file a case and reach to the government to teach lesson to fraud companies like their and post about my experience on all social sites to which Mr Risheb said do whatever who want. These people are not sacred of doing wrong also.


Request you to take corrective action and make sure these people stop fooling the customers.

I got this call from company 'Make My Gateway' (site: makemygateway.com) from number [protected] and they offered me a holiday package worth 7999 and along with that a free 'Sony Xperia Z2 tablet'. I bought the package on 29 Sep 2014. But there is no news of the Tablet since that day. They say it is coming by Aggarwal 'Movers n Packers' . CHEATERS, FRAUDS... They are also not refunding my money!!

I also had the same incident. I've paid money on 26th September. Till now i didn't received any tablet or phone. Now they are telling to give some 12 referrels, then you will get tab. Don't know what to do. I already told them to refund my money.. Please tell me what to do.

This company is only fooling people, they do not care for the law and keep cheating the people. This is high time the government of India and the state come together and take strict action against so that they taught a lesson and other co's like these will be sacred to do anything to cheat the people.

It is high time the government gets involved in this matter. This company is cheating everyone with false promises. Who ever reads this kindly post about this fraud co on all social website so that people do not get cheated. I have already approached TV9 and TOI about this and requested them to telecast about this co to make the people aware and not get cheated with false promises. Mr. Vishal even told me to update the status as resolved and he will make sure the gift is dispatched.Let us all come together and fight with this fraud co and make sure this co is shut down and taught a proper lesson.


Waiting to see this on TV9 and TOI soon as they are aware of this and they will take this to the Centre and state governments attention.


This co is least bothered about its image and only interested in cheating people and making money. More and more people are approaching the government to intervine. Sure there will be nice lesson taught to this co.

I had chat with their Manager and he mailed me the copy of terms and conditions according to which i had a chance to win the xperia tablet. In their terms it is clearly mentioned that its not sure i will win i only can be the lucky winner. I should read the terms on their website. When i read all same complaints i felt needful to inform everyone that maybe their sales executives/callers made fake commitments but company itself clearly mentioned the rules. was planning for a legal action but now its almost impossible. Praying that Their travel package must be good.
