I was booked Package on 20.01.2015 and my cancel request was made on 27.01.2015 ( Just 8Th day ) But I am trying to cancel my order and the Concerned Team person in [protected], you can now cancel the order within 7days, But they are mentioned in 8days ( cancellation & return Policy in their website ). Then he says, you can call in saturday 31.01.2015 - 11am we will refund your amount through online... I am waiting for my Valuable money...

On 30th August 2014, I got a call from Make My gateway.com and they told me that I will get a Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet if I book a holiday package. Once I pay the amount then with in 3 days my gift will be dispatched. But it is almost five months and I havn't received any gift. They sent a hotel booking form only. I called numerous times to them but they keep on telling it will be dispatched. Now, the phone numbers, [protected]/5 from which I received the calls are no more valid. My order reference number is #1922

On 27 Nov 2014 I got a call from ph no [protected] & [protected] named Rahul Kapur claimed to be called from makemygateway I am selected as winner of the lucky draw of Make my Gateway and got opportunity to get a gift of Sony Xperia Tab of I book a holiday package for Rs 7900/- and the deal valid for the day only. Like a fool I have paid immediately the amount and got the payment confirmation. Since then till now I have called their so called Customer care no [protected] and also to those nos and I got the reply that soon the gift will be sent to me. On 05th jan I have called to their customer care one Mr Akash lifted the phone and told me that Mr Rahul Kappor had been fired from the company, and they cannot give the gift as only Mr Rahul Kapoor had assured so he will only know the status of the gift . But as no longer Mr Rahul kapoor is not the employee of Make my gateway so there is no chance of getting the gift.During talking with so called Mr Rahul Kapoor he gave me another no and told me as it is his personal no the no is [protected]. This is not a convincing reply from the agency. I didnt got any call from anybody yet. I want my money back. In between once Mr. Rajiv Shukla called from Consumer cell from [protected], and told me that u deposit Rs 4800/- as TDS amount to HDFC ac No. [protected] (Arvind kumar) ph. no. [protected]. Then Rs 47000/ will be transferred to my account which is the cost of the tablet.

Pl. avoid paying to such people. They are all cheaters. Dont pay any money in advance to anybody.

As per the complaint of Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jeena, We want to say that he purchased one package in 7999 rs. only on 22nd Novomber 2014. He made the
payment online through our website via net banking of S.B.I. His payment details are mentioned below:

Order Number - 2297

As per this payment, we sent the package detail also at his given address on 4th December 2014 through DTDC Courier. His docket number was Z37940060. We sent mail also for the cofirmation regarding the courier detail on the same day.

After few days of receiving the hard copy of that package, he called to our customer care number and told us that he wants refund due to his personal problem. According to our policy, our package is not refundable. But as a human being, we considered his problem and refund his whole amount on 13th December. He acknowledged also for refund through e-mail on the same day that he got the payment.

Therefore, he is not the member of our organization now. So he can not do any type of claim for our any service.

Dear Fourm Member, I am Jeevaraj Chennai, on 17th Dec i received the call from Make My Gateway from call from +[protected] a person introduced him as Saxena, personal number[protected]. and told me i have been qualified for a holiday package along with a free gift of Sony Tab. And he asked me to pay 7999/- towards the holiday package. Also i was told that i will be getting 2 confirmation call, one for holiday package and the next for free gift and told me not to speak about the gift in the first call. After two days i tried contacting them in the same number but was not able to get them. Later i called to another number +[protected]..., no response from them.

I also received the same call, I should say that it was a planned fraud, and I lost my Rs. 7999, After the payment they said, I will be getting 2 calls one is about the package and other is about the Sony Tablet. They simply calling from Skype call and fooling people like a call getting from some customer service desk, I havent received nothing from them it was almost a month passed, If I try to call customer service they are not responding well. I am expecting refund from them, If not need people support to block the site using Cyber Security. Regards, Raja

I also got a Call on 22nd nov 2014 from Vikash no-[protected] stating he is from Make my gateway an ISO certified company and i have been selected for an holiday package and an gift of Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet for worth Rs 7999.He kept on pleasing me and i was lured into the offer and got trapped in it.Once payment was done i got calls from different nos [protected], +368, [protected] for authentication and verification from different people Rishab, Ramakrishna, Vishal etc. I even got Hard copy of Voucher request form of Holiday package by courier for final confirmation which i did.After sending of the Confirmation form i was to receive gift package.I have not received anything as yet.Now all the numbers they use to call from are out of order or not responding. Please find this people and arrest them.Kindly suggest how can i get my money back. I even have recording of the conversation i had with this people for evidence.Please help Jayant Kumar Bhotra

Hi all,

I got a call today i.e.,[protected] from Make my gateway, a company involved in payment gateway transactions.
They are promising Sony Experia Z2 worth 52, 00 and 3 star accomodation for 5d/4N in India/Thailand/Malaysia.
For this, I need to pay a membership fee of 7999/- only :P

They were able to get my Mobile number, personal email id and even my address from some database.
No proper response on how they short listed my number. But they are assuring of a written statement to provide the offers immediately after the payment.

No wonder this seems to be a fraudulent company. Please take strict actions against these scams.
Also create a strong national do not call registry to avoid and disturb common people from the marketing companies.

31ist october2014 one Mr.Amit Saxena called me and said that i was selected for a Sony experia z2 mobile gift provided I pay Rs.7999/ to get their holiday hotel booking. I told him to call next dayand promptly he called me on 1st novemeber and I argued with him that how is it possible to gift such costly mobile only for Rs.7999/ he said that they select only few people and iam one among them. I paid Rs.7999 through net by using my ICICI credit card. Now even after 42 days i have not received the gift and i called their customer service no many times and there is no proper response. Dear Sir, On 07/10/14 I got a phone call from the number [protected] and was told that I was one of the 10 lucky persons for being selected for an offer from Make my gateway and was told that if I order a package for Rs.7999/-, I would get a Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet as gift. Keeping in view the reputation of your company, in good faith, I ordered a package for Rs.7999/-. (Transaction ID 2142/[protected]. On 08/10/14, I also received a confirmation call the following day and I confirmed my order. When I enquired about the gift, I was told that it would be sent in a day or two. When I called the number [protected] on 11/10/14, I got a service reply saying that that the number is out of service. I sensed that I was taken for a ride. I was most disappointed to know that an ISO company like could stoop to such low level of luring prospective customers by promising false offers. Whoever has done this, I'm sure it will have a very negative effect on the reputation of the company and I don't want to be a part of such a unscrupulous entity. I can not get any resolution from company and this company make frod with me don't trust in this company. I request to all don't attach with this scheme, it made cheating with me

Dear Fourm Member, I am Vetrikumaran from tamilnadu. On october 9 i received a call from +[protected] a person introduced him as Raguram and told me i have been qualified for a holiday package along with a free gift of Sony Tab. And he asked me to pay 7999/- towards the holiday package. Also i was told that i will be getting 2 confirmation call, one for holiday package and the next for free gift and told me not to speak about the gift...
