I have booked a round trip ticket from chennai to kolkata and return on 26th jan and 28th jan resp. Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to cancel the tickets and i did it through indigo directly 4 hours before departure on 26th jan. I was told by the agent to contact makemytrip after 24 hours to get my refunds.
I have been trying to call all the numbers listed everywhere but i am not able to reach a human being to talk about this. All the ivr says is to go to website or makemytrip app to modify the cancellation. And when i do the same there i can't even view the cancellation for 26th jan ticket and for the return on 28th it just gives an error message.
I presume this is a strategy employed by you to loot money of customers who cancel at the last minute. I want my money back. I don't want to hear any excuses. I will take legal action.
