Make My Trip mobile app was giving wrong fare details for a flight from Bangalore to Nagpur on 13th Dec 2017 (timing 06:00 am, flight number 6E 509) i have checked it more then 50 times from Different mobiles, price in the original Indigo website was remain the same while price was keep getting changed in every min or so in "make my trip mobile application as well as website" specially while changing the number of passengers.

While price was getting increased in mobile app, the message in the app was "Airline has increased the price" while on the same moment price in indigo website was not getting changed. Please refer all the screen shots attached. This is totally misleading to customers, because of that wrong prices which was showing in mobile app, i was misguided and had to book my ticket on very high price

Price of the flight can be increased or decreased based on booking for number of passengers (For example price for one passenger was 3331 and when i tried to book it for two passenger, price for the same flight has become 3830 and for four passenger it had become 4275, within a min.

Airline prices can not fluctuate like stock price in every 10 seconds and so

In reference to your concern regarding fare fluctuation, please be advised that, fares are dynamic and keeps fluctuating depending upon the availability the same cannot be guaranteed until ticketing/complete payment. We charge only a convenience fee per passenger/segment over and above the airline fare at time of booking online through our mobile app/website. Still we don’t deny for any technical error due to which incorrect amount could be charge from customer’s account however, this does not happen so often. So, request you to please provide the booking details if made with us with incorrect fare, we will validate the same and will process refund of the overcharge amount if charged. We thank you for writing to us.

Booking ID was (NF[protected])...I have already explained that there was a problem from makemytrip side, flight charges CAN NOT BE change every second which was the case for this specific flight, all the seven screen shots which i attached are evidence, your customer support representative accepted the mistake from your side and offered me 1000 Rs voucher which has been denied by me because voucher dose not make any sense

Prizes were just getting change in makemytrip app and not on original airline website, THAT IS ORIGINAL ISSUE

    Hi,

    I had booked Dubai package from Makemytrip.com for sister and brother Dimple and Rohan.
    They had Dubai city tour on second day.
    When they called up the vendor details provided in itinerary he said makemytrip has not informed any details about you and your hotel pickup.
    When i phone makemytrip executive they wated their time by just buying time and saying we are arranging alternative options.
    They wasted their whole day.
    And most exciting part which is city tour was missed by them due to makemytrip goofup.
    Thankfully my brother hired private taxi and managed to visit few attraction.
    Makemytrip should refund the whole package tour along with taxi and phone bills.

      Booking id nh[protected]. Worst mmt assured service fake people and don't have humanity and don't expect any help during natural calamity situation. Just advertising mmt assured by bollywood actors/actresses does not make you trust worthy to customer. It is better to book from some other agents.

      It is very embarrassing and pathetic service received by mmt assured booked hotel at neil island summer sand on 06-dec-2017.

      I was stuck with my family in havelock due to bad weather and government had deported all o[censored]s to port blair on 06-dec-2017. Due to which i had requested for room cancellation and was trying to contact from 05-dec-2017 since night and everytime the call was kept on hold. Finally i could contact mmt on 06-dec-17 on morning in 9am approx.

      So i requested for cancellations and refund. if not refund atleast provide accomodation in port blair.

      But mmt executive did not helped us in such natural calamity as govt of india as restricted ferry to neil island due to bad weather.

      In such my ferry tickets and other bookings from hacelock to neil island of makruzz ferry which were also non refundable and non transferable were adjusted for port blair in such natural calamity.

      It is your duty to refund or provide alternate accomodation in port blair or havelock. Which you failed to help us.

      Requesting you for a refund of 12899 for booking id nh[protected]. As summer sand executive was ready to provide alternative solutions but mmt lied that they could not connect them

        With reference to the above booking id,
        I imran khan want to state that i had booked a trip to thailand, travel date 12th december.
        My parents are travelling and they are old.
        The journey date is 12th and still the hotel vouchers are pending..
        I am surprised to see how much negligence is there from make my trip.
        Two elderly people are travelling and every time i am following up with you. I followed up for almost 10 days to get the flight tickets. Now i am following up for the hotel vouchers.
        This thing is creating a panic amongst my family members. No single communication is there from your side. You are redirecting calls and making me wait for 15 to 20 mins just to talk to the customer care executives.
        If you cant give the things you promise then please dont conduct any international trips.
        You people dont even know how to take care of customers.
        Another thing it was confirmed by mr. Akaash kumar (Akaash. [protected]@makemytrio.com)
        That visa will be done by you. Now i came to know that my parents will hav to take visa from thailand airport.
        Hotel vouchers will be delivered 4 days before, its still not with me. I just waste my time calling and following up with you repeatedly.
        If you cant conduct the trip properly give me my full refund else i will be compelled to take legal actions.

        Sir i booked air ticket on 01/12/2017 from Delhi to Mumbai thru Jet Airways but the transaction was failed and my bank debited my account by Rs. 2720/= i have not received the credit of the same amount as on date so you are request to credit the same

          We booked 7 tickets from chennai to srilanka in srilankan airways through makemytrip. The guy who took our bookings over booked the six tickets properly, but made a mistake in the 7th name, i. E. Instead of "srinivasan nellikuppam chakkarapani naidu" he booked with "shrinivasan nellikuppan chakkarapani naidu".

          We called up makemytrip booking office for resolving this 7 times and every time they say that the person who took this booking has come to office yet. No one is owing their mistake.

          We are not sure whether they will resolve this issue, need urgent help

            This complaint is against corrupt practice by makemytrip & srs bus travel that has affected me by losing the ticket price rs.1008 as it has not yet been refunded by makemytrip. The chronology of event is as follows;
            Dt 20th nov’17: i booked bus ticket through makemytrip (Mmt bus booking id: nu[protected], ticket no: c2fqu8p2, operator pnr: ts[protected]ydth/[protected] for my travel from vadodara to udaipur dated 24th nov’17 by srs volvo bus at 12:55hrs.
            Dt 23rdnov’17, 10:42 hr : received a telephonic call from srs travel, mob-[protected] in my mobile saying “the bus has been cancelled”.
            Dt 23rd nov’17, 15:57hr: i called srs travel at [protected] to reconfirm. Srs customer care confirmed cancellation of bus.
            Dt 23rd nov’17, 17:32hr: i called srs travel at [protected] for 3rd time to confirm. Srs customer care confirmed cancellation of bus. Also confirmed ‘no alternative bus arrangement from srs travel, i have to arrange my travel & mmt will refund money’.
            Dt 23rd nov’17, 16:03hr: i called mmt customer care (Mmt ref[protected] and explained detail. I asked to confirm in written through srs travel. Mmt customer care said ‘ they will be able to confirm within 72hr’. Complaint closed without resolving.
            Dt 23rd nov’17, 17:33hr: i called again mmt customer care (Mmt ref[protected] and asked/argued to confirm in written through srs travel. Mmt customer care said ‘they will be able to confirm within 72hr’ i. E after travel is over. Complaint closed without resolving.
            Dt 23rd nov’17, 18:15hr: booked train ticket in tatkal (Pnr [protected])
            Dt 24th nov’17, 6:17hr: : i called srs travel at [protected] 4th time before boarding train to reconfirm. Srs customer care confirmed cancellation of bus.
            Dt 26th nov’17, 20:42hr: wrote a mail to mmt ref[protected]. It was closed without solving issue
            Dt 26th nov’17: wrote a mail to mmt ref[protected] and escalated to next level
            Dt 2nd dec’17: mmt representative asked to provide train ticket detail
            Dt 3rd dec’17: i provided tatkal train ticket & snap shots of all calls. Mmt says to revert in 48 hrs
            Dt 5th dec’17: mmt wrote to revert after 48hr after review
            Dt 7th dec’17: issue not resolved till date & money has not been refunded yet. I have escalated to level3

            I further appeal to mmt through this forum to refund my money, take appropriate correction in system so that customer is informed in written for any kind of cancellation in bus & money gets refunded automatically. Such harassment & cheating will not help to build up a long standing association with customer.

              cannot use gift cards

              Hi this is abu actually i bought 3 gift cards of make my trip and when in the final payment page in the gift cards option im able to use only 1 gift card
              The other two gift cards when im applying it is showing an error i am attaching the gift card numbers and also the screenshot of the error. It has been 3 days since im trying to apply the gift cards the hotels are going sold out and the price is also increasing plz i want an instant...

              Flight ticket from goa to bangalore was booked through makemytrip.com on 24th of july 2016 for travel dated 4th sep 2016.

              I received a message on sep 1 2016 stating that the goa - blore flight which is air pegasus was cancelled due to operational issue. Make my trip never took any responsibility at that time to help us move to a different flight. I had to make another booking on indigo flight for my return from goa to bangalore paying additional charges.

              After this i have called makemytrip several times for my refund but till date (Now almost 1.5 years) they have not refunded the amount of rs.5906.

              They are also misleading/lying as many times they have confirmed on call that they have initiated a refund process to my account. When asked again, they say that when the airlines refunds the amount only then they will refund the amount to the customers.

              My point is that my transaction was with them - i had made the payment/business with makemytrip and it’s their duty and responsibility to refund my money. What happens between them and their vendors is not the consumer’s problem! Why should they list service providers that are faulty??

              Makemytrip seems to have cheated me and is continuing to do so, by not refunding my money. Please help me in sorting out this issue.

                I want to file a lawsuit against (Lalit roy) company from delhi. Make my trip is a company service provider. I had created an account with this company a few days ago, they had promised to provide us with good service and we booked this company for the first time. But the cab did not come from time to time and the cab was canceled. Then we got another cab book, it came from 4 hours late and the driver of the cab was also unprofessional. Then we complained to the company so they he asked us for forgiveness and said now you will never have to face any difficulties like this. His name is (Simran kaur) and (Deepak gultai) has given me the assurance that again i have booked a cab on 04/12/2017 11:00 am this time for jaipur from noida, this time it was worse than ever before, the cab delayed and the driver of that cab was also misbehaviour. After running for a while, the driver stopped his cab in a sumptuous forest, with us. If there was an accident at that time then who was responsible for that then the cab driver, manish sharma, says that we have not received payment from make my trip till our money is not received in the account. I will not run my cab at all even when a cab book earlier, make my trip had already taken payment from us, it should have been an internal matter of the company, which we did not want to come to, and during this time our make my trip also made an item not a phone call from deepak gulati after the passage of four hours and then they are other vendors send the money then went and he runs the driver cab,

                  zero cancellation policy : fraud product

                  I purchased Zero cancellation option on 2 tickets booked on MMT app. While they have assured on their website (snapshot attached) that the "Complete amount paid at the time of booking, except for the ZERO Cancellation charges will be refunded to customers account", it does not seem to be showing up when I was trying to cancel the ticket and checked for cancellation charges estimate (snapshots attached for both bookings).

                  Hi team,

                  I have booked ticket from hyderabad to bangalore on 22nd november but amount has been debited 3 times (4005 rs) for one ticket and i have checked with icici they said 3 times amount credited to makemytrip account and they provided info also and i have forwarded the info to makemytrip people but even they are not responding to my mails. Total amount 8010 rs extra debited.

                  Please help me on this request.

                    We got an mail from mmt that now there is no charges are applied on flight ticket cancellation, on that basis i booked 2 tickets from go air, lucknow to delhi on dated 3rd december 2017 for 4th march 2018. But due to certain issue i cancelled this ticket on very next day on dated 4th december 2017 at 6.50 am.
                    Now am getting only rs.968 out of total paid amount rs.4648/-. Kindly help to get the refund of total amount. Also if required i can submit that mail to you

                      Hi, i had booked a flight on 6th november 2017 using my icici card. My booking id is nf[protected]. There was an offer of rs.1250 cashback which was supposed to be credited into my account within 21 days. It has been a month today and the amount is not yet credited. I have tried every possible way to contact you people but i am not ablte to find any number on which i can talk to the customer care person. I have sent messages on facebook and also tweeted maemytrip but nobody seems to be bothered. I am writing this as a proof of the efforts i have made to get in touch with you and you look into my issue. I am tired now and i am filing a case against mmt at national consumer forum today. Thanks.

                          This is regarding booking id nl[protected]. I had purchased a bali package from them in august 2017 from their website as a gift to my younger brother and his wife who were getting married in nov 2017. But before doing any booking, i had called their customer service to inquire about the package and only after they confirmed all the details, i made the payment online of 58000 rupees. After the payment was done, they asked me to send my brother and his wife's passport copies to book the tickets which i shared within 2 days. Tickets were booked and the package was finalized. On the day of travel, they both traveled to mumbai from pune and were not allowed to board the flight because my brother's wife's passport had validity of 5 months 10 days remaining and they dont allow to board for less than 6 months validity. My question is why was this not told to us? Why was make my trip staff only concerned about the money and the booking without checking all the necessary details? If we were so able to book and check things on our own, why would we use their services right? Why would anyone go to them if things could be handled on our own? Isn't it their job to check things and suggest at least? But, no, all they care about is the money. I checked with yatra and other such vendors and they confirmed that they dont book if the validity or any other details does not look right. I have not even once argued with them or spoke harshly. All this while i kept on requesting them that i do not want my money back. All i want is to give my newly wed brother an experience after his wedding which was ruined so badly. All i told them was to give me a credit note or some amount in my mmt account which i can use for future bookings only through them. They keep running stupid offers but cant do one simple gesture to earn life long customers? Can some one from mmt help here? Do you want your reputation with us to get ruined forever or do you want us to become your loyals if you help us out in such situation?

                            My makemytrip india complaint status update [id: 1782661]. I have sent them the complaint regarding my refund status but still they have not tried to contact regarding this issue. My refund amount is rs.1696/- and they have just sent me a refund of rs. 251/-. When i complained them about this they still haven't replied to me. It's been almost 3 weeks since i have complained (Since 21/11/2017). Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              I have booked airline tickets from mmt on[protected] through mmt app and at the time of booking i have applied the coupon code "flymon" on which i supposed to received a cashback of 1250rs, the booking was confirmed and after booking i saw coupon was applied successfully but its been more that 21 days not i haven't received my cashback. I have paid using icici debit card and between the 4pm to 6pm which was the prerequisite.

                              But still i did not received any cashback from mmt, is this is the new way of making customers fool mmt.

                              Let me know when i will be getting my cashback of 1250rs, i want it asap no more delays please.

                                I had booked a hotel using makemytrip.com for my upcoming trip to bali. I had chosen one of the premium rooms (Called ocean room) for my stay but when i contacted the hotel for a casual verification, i was surprised to know that a lower grade room was booked in my name. The makemytrip voucher still has the premium room which also says pay at hotel. So, not only did i end paying early but i also paid a higher amount and what if i had not dropped an email to the hotel for a casual verification. Now my money is stuck (As booking was non-refundable) and i can't book another hotel due to a delay in resolution and the prices are already skyrocketing as dec is a peak season. Already 11 days have gone since i raised the issue with makemytrip.

                                Does anyone look into this or this is all time waste?
                                Hi trying to talk with customer care executive. No option is there to talk with executive. I want to reschedule my flight 4 times . Money was deducted but reschedule not happened.

                                  Please note make my trip is charging the gst but not paying to the government they are cheating the customers by charging the amount. It has happened with many customers in the past. We really dont know are there any laws to handle the same.

                                  We are calling the customer care for last 7 days for bifurcation of invoice. They are just giving reasons that its been escalated. Also the invoice which they have provided the gst amount is showing 0, whereas during bookimg rs 2500 was charged as the gst amount.

                                  Please let me know if any suggestions what needs to be done

                                    4 order ids:
                                    A) nh[protected] stay at hotel deepa comforts - m. G. Road [15 dec 2017 to 16 dec 2017]

                                    On nov 21, 2017, i booked two rooms and two flights on make my trip's portal (Makemytrip.com) and the booking ids are provided above

                                    Before i started the booking process, i was signed into their website though the login option provided. I had rs 800 as wallet money on their platform.

                                    On selecting the hotel room, the price break up showed that that the final booking amount for the room was rs 3162 (Incl all taxes). On clicking on the price breakup option, it showed the break-up as follows:
                                    Deluxe room (1 night): rs 4366
                                    Makemytrip service charge: rs 296
                                    Coupon (Advancenow3_nr): - rs 1110
                                    Wallet bonus money: - rs 390

                                    So, the total which was supposed to be rs 4662 came out to be rs 3162. I have attached this price breakup screenshot with this complaint.

                                    I proceeded to click on the 'pay now' button to provide my credit card information.in the next page that opened, the amount changed from rs 3162 to rs 3552. Without noticing this change, i completed this order. I had not anticipated this sudden change.

                                    On completing the order, i noticed that i had paid higher than what i was originally shown. This problem has occurred in all four of my orders. The problem was that my wallet amount was not redeemed.

                                    I brought this to the notice of the customer support executives of make my trip. I was assured a timely solution. However, what proceeded was a series of complete misinformation from their side.

                                    Responses:
                                    In one call, i was told that this offer was valid only on mobile. When i told them that it was not mentioned anywhere, they said they would get back to me
                                    In a second call, i was told that i was not signed in. I told them that i was signed in and it showed me my wallet amount as applied. They said they would get back to me
                                    In another call, i was told that they could not give me partial refunds because their software did not permit that. On a second check with another customer service executive, they told me that it was possible.
                                    Another agent told me that according to their terms and conditions, two offers cannot be applied simultaneously. They told me that the coupon code and wallet were two offers. This was also a lie.

                                    However, on careful examination of their platform, i noticed that they have provided a second login button specifically for their wallet option. They are expecting users to sign in to their platform for a second time. Please note that i was already signed in and they have shown me that the wallet money was applied. As a customer, no person expects signing into their platform again.in fact, no website has this system of signing into the same website two times in a single flow.

                                    I pointed out this issue to them and told them to redeem the wallet amount in these orders and to refund the appropriate amount into my credit card. However, they have been flatly refusing to take this action. Their customer service agent even agreed with me on the phone that no service has this kind of a flow and that it is a bad design. Despite that, they are refusing to refund rs 800 to me.

                                    Their wallet even signs me out within the same session if i click on the back button. These are multiple technical issues on their platform. Please note that i am simply asking for the wallet redemption and refund of that extra amount deducted from my credit card
