I booked a hotel from make my trip and received confirmation mail for the same after deduction of full payment and i received a call after 15 days starting my booking is not confirmed and person over the phone behaving very rude on top of that. When we directly called the property, the owner said we don't entertain makemytrip at all. I feel cheated. Also as a compensation they are offering a property which is half of price than actual booking...

Invece never seen such a lagging process for refunding our amount. My trip is done at month of september and some problems also been told to resolve. Every time we call they wll listen like it’s a fairy tale and no proper response for our refund.. For their payment they wll make ppl run like dogs but when it comes to tourists also same happening keeping onnnn dragging isshues to resolve... Testing patience is not gud for ur company... Mind...

On the site it was showing hotel had facilty of swiming pool, and hence we booked the room to enjoy in to swiming pool. But on 11th at 11am i m getting a call from hotel adarsh that their swimming pool is shut due to some emergency leakage and is under repair, and will be functional by today evening. We had wrongly booked the hotel on 28th oct'17 for 3 adults, 1 child, 1 room. (Nh[protected]. Where as we needed to book for 4 adults, 2 child, 2 rooms. We had tried cancelling the booking with in 2 mins of time and where we given an option if we cancelled in 2 mins, our only 0.1 re would be deducted and all the amount would be refunded.

Makemytrip had sent a mail saying that refund o[censored]df has been initiated and that they are closing the case. I told them how they can close the case without completion of the process. I have still not received the refund. I request you to take strict action against this matter for harrassing the customers. Their support process is automated so i am unable to speak to anyone. Hi, i booked a flight and 2 hotels in usa from makemytrip.com.
1st booking for san fransisco on 9th nov - 11 nov 2017, with booking id nh[protected], which i paid rs.18403.07 in full by credit card. 2nd hotel was in las vegas from 11 nov to 13 nov. I wanted to cancel the las vegas hotel and not the one in san fransisco.
