[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Cancellation of Bus Ticket

Hi, My reference ID :[protected]. I had booked bus ticket on Aug 11th for Aug 15th Trip, but due to personal reason i had to cancel the ticket that day itself. . I have written a mail to MakemyTrip to cancel the ticket but there is no response from past 3days. Its a Rule that % of refund will be reduce as the cancellation is delayed. This is so bad from the company that there is no response for the mail and my refund amount of getting is reduced. And the best part is if I call your customer center "[protected]" or even i try for US "[protected]" ...and when the option comes as Press 09 to speak to our customer care person the phone is dropped. Even when I try to escalate to makemytrip from their site and click on Submit button the page cannot be displayed. Must say hatsoff to Makemytrip person for the coding such cheap thing and making customers fool. Attach is the screen for refernce.
