Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Request for Clarification & Reconciliation of MMTBLACKGOLD Cashback Benefits
I am writing as a loyal customer of MakeMyTrip for several years and a current MMTBLACKGOLD member.
During the last 10 months, I have booked and completed several trips through MakeMyTrip amounting to approximately ₹1, 95, 225.00. However, my MMT Wallet/Cash/MMTBLACKGOLD account balance is only ₹63.00, which is highly unexpected.
I have already contacted your customer care multiple times, but no clear explanation has been provided. I am only receiving inconsistent responses, without any proper reconciliation of my account.
As a loyal MMTBLACKGOLD member, I request the following:
1. A point-wise statement of cashback eligibility for each of my bookings made during the last 10 months.
2. A clear explanation of why the expected cashback has not been credited to my account.
3. Immediate reconciliation and credit of the pending cashback/benefits as per the MMTBLACKGOLD program terms and conditions.
I trust that MakeMyTrip values its long-standing customers and will resolve this matter at the earliest. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 working days, I will be constrained to escalate this matter further, including approaching the National Consumer Helpline and other relevant authorities.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent.
