This is to bring to your kind notice that on[protected], i had purchased from make my trip, lucknow branch, following confirmed air tickets of air india having pnr : 1a - z8tki4 for a consideration of rs.40, 000/- paid in cash vide cash memo/ receipt dated 28th august, 2015 – file no.In1508b4s304587 for the following passengers :
Passenger name ticket number
Arun katyal [protected]
Shilpi katyal [protected]
Varun katyal [protected]
Trisha katyal [protected]
The above air tickets were purchased for the following air journeys of above passengers :
1. From new delhi to goa on[protected]
2. From goa to new delhi on[protected]
The related air ticket with pnr : 1a - z8tki4 was also forwarded by madam khushbu of make my trip office vide her mail dated[protected] at my personal mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
On[protected], when my above named sons and their wives went for the boarding, they were informed at the counter that there was booking of arun katyal, shilpi katyal and trisha katyal only and there was no booking in the name of varun katyal for the above mentioned journeys. This was quite shocking and disturbing information because make my trip had issued the confirmed tickets for the journeys of all the above named four passengers and charged full amount also.
I was telephonically informed about this problem and immediately at about 9-30 am i went to lalbagh, lucknow office of make my trip but the same was closed. I contacted their mr.Rahul at mobile number [protected] but despite all my pleadings he could offer no help. Ultimately my son varun had to buy another ticket at a very higher price of rs.10, 032/- so as to reach their destination.
This is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of aforesaid dereliction of duty, deficiency in service of make my trip and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have suffered huge amount of mental as well as physical torture and harassment and further incurred heavy expenses including those for buying fresh tickets for to and fro journey of my son varun katyal
Again on 11th i went to make my trip office. I met mr.Shailendra shukla, branch head and explained to him the problem which were faced by my kids on 10th at igi airport delhi.
Mr.Shukla, from the very begining was totally uncooperative and even was not ready to understand our problem. However after a lot of arguments, he checked the facts from his laptop and found that they had actually received a message from air india informing them of cancellation of tickets of my son varun for to and fro journey to goa. They should have informed to me immediately about the cancellation of tickets but they did not do so for the reasons best known to them.
I asked him to give me a copy of message received by them from air india office but he refused. I told him because of their lapse, my son had to buy a fresh ticket from air india counter at delhi at a very higher price and now atleast he should arrange a ticket for return journey from goa to delhi on[protected]. He asked me to wait till 4 pm so that he can enquire from air india office.
So ultimately, i came back ani waited till 5 pm, called him up telephonically but he did not respond and finally i talked to one mr.Rahul of make my trip, lucknow who was also involved in the case. Mr.Rahul also did not confirm about issuance of return journey ticket so i had no alternative but to ask my son varun to purchase fresh ticket for his return journey.

I am attaching herewith following for your perusal and taking necessary action.

1. E-ticket of four passengers issued by make my trip
2. Money receipt dated[protected] for rs.40, 000/-.
Here please note that the booking was arranged by me through make my trip office, lucknow but the money receipt was issued in the name of my son varun katyal.
3. Ticket purchased from air india counter, igi airport for delhi to goa in the name of varun katyal for rs.10, 032/-.
4. Ticket purchased online for goa to delhi in the name of varun katyal for rs.8379/-.
I have lodged online complaint with their customer care (Copy attached) but they have neither refunded me the amount of rs.10, 000/- charged by them for issuance of ticket of varun nor compensated for the extra money paid by us in purchasing fresh tickets although principally they should also compensate us adequately towards the mental torture caused due to their negligence. Surprisingly repeated mails of almost same language have been sent by them assuring for solving the problem within three days etc. And so the matter is being delayed by them.
I shall be highly obliged if the matter is taken up by you and solve my problem.

being a Travel agent if Airline cancelled any confined ticket for any reason it is travel agent duty to inform passenger regarding the same and need to search other alternate for their regular customer . airline send the message through ques in system (CRS) in case of any changes and travel agent have to check it without failure and which was not done by Travel agent here .
