My booking for train (Surat Mokameh ST BGP S FAST/22947) with booking Id (NR[protected]) from Surat to Patna was failed on 19th September 2023 and the refund was processed but i still haven't received my refund yet. My RRN number is[protected]....

We had booked a trip to bali with make my trip. We had paid in advance for the full trip which included day wise itinerary of places to be covered. However, many places were skipped when we were in Bali which were part of our itinerary. We have complained about it multiple times with the company. However, they are closing it without any solution. We want refund of the services not provided for our trip....

This is the worst experience I got during my Stay at the hotel booked through your site which was further worsened by the kind of support i got from your Side and customer support.

Booking was from 21 jan 2023.Resort refused to allot room in midnight as manager told that he have not got any mail from make my trip. I called customer care and I was promised my refund of Rs 3800 and as a gesture told me to book another hotel for which I will be given reimbursement amount of Rs 6800.I have mailed all the bills and another hotel bill...

I booked a 2ac compartment train in Bsp Bgkt Sf Exp which was 1775rs my booking id:- NR[protected]. i added trip gurantee feature in mmt which costed me total price 2814rs, mmt promised me that it will give me 2x voucher code if my ticket gets waitlisted and cancelled, and mt train gets cancelled, its voucher code states that it will give me 3550rs as a travel voucher which i can use this amount to upgrade my ticket in mmt, when i go...

A flight got cancelled (spicejet) and the money was refunded to makemytrip. This money was withdrawn from the wallet somehow and Makemytrip is not returning the money to me. They aren’t responding and seems like the money is lost. This is very irresponsible and unprofessional how makemytrip handles customers....

I paid 67000 for soya doc A grade to make in mart from online they send some invoice and LR copy to my WhatsApp number and I will make a payment after I am asking driver contact number so many times their didn't send it i ask my money back their not given they send some fake driver contact number and switch off their phones...

I booked a return flight from delhi to toronto for travel dates 25 sep 2023 and return 9 oct 2023. On 31 August 2023 my mother got unwell her travel was not recommended due to a heart condition . I got her flight ticket and my flight ticket cancelled.Her flight was not booked from makemytrip while my flight was booked from makemytrip. I booked a flight along with a cab with Booking ID: NF[protected]
and unfortunately, my booking was canceled by MMT. I paid 8010 INR on 19/09/2021 and only 4932 INR was refunded for the flight ticket. There is no refund for the cab booking although I did not get any information about the cab booking and I never boarded the cab. I have proof in my bank statement that I paid 8010 INR. I booked a international ticket with MAKE MY TRIP with extra charges of Rs. 6500/- for flexi ( multiple free date change option) with AIR ASIA ailine for 17/09/23, i am continuously following them from 14/09/23 for change of date for same flight for 20/09/23. they are not giving any response.

Either they are waiting for escalating of prices for 20/9/23 or they are waiting for 17/09/23 flight timing since there will be no change...

Unfortunately, MakeMyTrip has proven to be extremely unhelpful in this critical situation. My 65-year-old mother diligently contacted MakeMyTrip for guidance before booking her flight. They explicitly advised her that a transit visa would not be necessary, reassuring her that with a destination visa, she could proceed to book her ticket through the app, assuring her of a seamless and hassle-free experience.
