Make My Trip — Complaint about Extra Payment Charged while booking a flight Ticket

Dear Concern,
On dated 18th April 2022, I have booked a ticket from Jabalpur to Delhi (Spice jet) for dated 1st May 2022. In Make My Trip there is feature where the Intial price of a flight can be locked and we need to pay the balance payment later within a certain time period. When I had booked the ticket after making payment in the Locked price feature they had deducted the wholesome amount of the Flight from me. When I contacted the customer care and asked for the refund, every time they were giving me irrelevant answers like “you will get the payment in 8 to 10 working days” and when I asked what if I did not receive any refund or payment. After a while they said we cannot refund it. This is totally unethical practice made by them. I request you kindly take strict action against them.
