Make My Trip — Delayed response, discrepancy in bill

I had made a booking of Lemon Tree Hyderabad Hitech city .. the price shown to me by make my trip was way different from the price that i got in my final bill from lemon tree . I was forcefully make to pay service charge 12% which according to bill was optional and because it was a prepaid booking the money was already taken my MMT . Also there was a discrepancy in the base price per room and final bill provide by MMT and lemon tree .. when im trying to get in touch I’m not getting any help or support for MmT .. they are sending mails after mails to delay a response, no action yet and its already been a month .. most unprofessional and unethical company that i have seen in my life .. taken hidden charges and quoting different prices
