[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Fraudulent booking

I am really really disappointed by the service of make my trip. If they think that customers are fool let me tell them that they are really going on a wrong way make my trip. I have booked my tickets for my journey to varanasi yesterday via maheshwaram travels which was sheduled by 9 pm, the booking id is nu[protected]. The bus driver informs me by 8:30 pm that the bus has been cancelled due to some problem, by that time i have checked out from my hotel and already arrived at the boarding stop rk ashram marg. I had a a very important meeting the very next day, where my presence was utmost required and i was strictly instructed by my senior to be there, and just because of your service i wont be able to make my presence there. You dont have any idea of the level of mental humiliation i am into right now. Also, before this booking i applied for a booking for bus of varanasi id being nu[protected] whose amount has been deducted from my account, and the booking wasn't done. So there are two booking whose amount has been deducted from account. I hve been trying my level best to reach to your customer service representatives on toll free number of make my trip but still no one cares to recieve my call and i am always put on hold.
Still i am here doing nothing but looking for a way out to reach my destination.
Worst and the dedliest experience of my life ever!!!
You all are just cheating customers, and its a fraud organisation being run in my eyes.
Also i have i have just some 250 rupees left in my wallet and i had an urge to go to varanasi. But the service didnt do a single favour. Now this would go to online consumer forum and i am going to file it against such cheap cheaters. This humiliation has to be redeemed anyhow and i need compensation for everything. Every single penny whoose amount have to be repaid either this way or that way.
I shall file a public interest litigations (P. I. L) and also an appeal to human rights commission. Also i have a good approach in media, abp news, aaj tak are one of our clients, now i will make them naked in front of people, that's what i have decided as i mailed to the owner also mr. Kalra, loosing my presence in the meeting sheduled is like loosing a big business deal and already i am in a huge mental pressure, and if i commit any wrong step, its all these people that hold responsible for it because they don't have any idea of what did i loose because of their fraudent commitments of dropping me to varanasi by 9 am in the morning next day. They just play with their customers that's it.

Anyways, following are denominations of my expenses incurred:
1. Hotel rent: rs 1500/- (22nd of may)
2. Taxi service to rk ashram: rs 240
3. Back from rk ashram to hotel : rs. 300
4. Fooding: rs.500
5. Total account deductions as booking charges: rs 2700 (Approx.)
6. Travel expenses for 22nd of may, would roughly cost me around rs1000/- as i am still stuckk here.
So make my trip has to provide me compensation for it, and also arrange me a flight for varanasi without charging a single penny extra, for i have to reach varanasi urgently!!!
