[Resolved] Make My Trip — invoices showing other charges and fees when asked for gst bills

I recently booked international travel tickets through MMT and the invoices provided to me show one head as ‘other charges and feees’without any information for customers as to it’s details -seems there are some hidden charges which the company is not disclosing to customers. If there are charges there should be the clear breakup of it with intimation to the customers that such charges would have to be incurred by them.However how would a customer understand such an ambiguity?An invoice is attached herewith +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jul 08, 2018 Updated by Kannuu Even the correctness of the GST amount is doubted -I could not locate the exact value on which GST was calculated and it i seems to be added to the convenience fee charged to the customers -even the convenience fee per sector keeps on changing with each booking -I was once charged Rs.440 for round trip and thereafter during the second booking was charged Rs.289 whereas as pdf my past experience the convenience fee per sector is fixed at Indigo, etc Verified Support Jul 26, 2018 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Hi Kannu, Greetings from MakeMyTrip!!
