[Resolved] Make My Trip — No ticket received but money deducted

I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 18th February, 2021. Ticket booked for the flight with number AirAsia I5\|980 from New Delhi (15:55) to Goa (18:50) through SBI Net Banking the proof of which I have attached. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of 5667 Rs. deducted from my account. After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account. I have not received anything on the company site. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket. I have booked a flight ticket from Make My Trip with REFERENCE NO.IGAKSXRDGI...my money was deducted from my Bank Account [statement attach below]but i haven't received any confirmation messages from Make My Trip nor received the Ticket as well...Please help me resolve my problem so that my money could be refunded.

I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 17th April, 2023. Ticket booked for the Trian number 18463 from Guntur Jn (20:20) to Bangalore (11:44) through SBI Net Banking the proof of which I have attached. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of Rs.1131 deducted from my account.
After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed error. But the amount got deducted from my account. I have not received anything on the company site. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket.
Please look into the matter and refund the amount.
