I was trying to book a flight ticket from Kolkata to Bengaluru for 28/2/2021 on 17/2/2021 from MakeMyTrip website. I used my credit card to make the payment and it usually asked OTP at the payment page. After submitting the OTP the payment page got stuck and showed that the booking is timeout. After that, I didn't get any confirmation mail and messages from MakeMyTrip side and not even a booking id. The amount is also deducted from my account....

    I am Anil Kumar. On the 12th of February 2021, I was booking two train tickets via MakeMyTrip app. I paid Rs. 54 through Google pay. Unfortunately the amount was deducted from my account but the tickets did not get generated neither did I get any confirmation of the same. I have the transaction details of the ticket fare that was deducted from my account.
    On the same day I contacted the customer care executive of MakeMyTrip and they confirmed to me that the amount would be refunded by 72 hours. But to my dismay, I have not yet received any amount, moreover they are not receiving any of my calls.
    MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Ive provided the picture below of my transaction to MMT through net banking of 7, 418 . i made my booking through MMT and ive no no response from the MMT app. so i made another tciket of the same cost of same datails spending again 7, 418.

      now, my 7, 418 was in hold with MMT since i got confirmation from the bank that money got transferred to MMT.

          I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 18th February, 2021. After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account. I have no booking ID or ticket on the basis of what I can complain on the company site.
          The company has automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket. The automated system is very poor and there is no human interaction via mail or call.
          Ticket booked from New Delhi (15:55) to Goa (18:50) through SBI Net Banking. Total Amount of 5667 Rs. deducted from my account.
          Please look into the matter and refund the amount.

          Please note that the complaint is not about the Amritsar to Delhi ticket booked on the same day for which I have the ticket and ID. Its about the Delhi to Goa ticket booked for which transaction cancelled and I have no ticket, no booking ID no sort of information available at the site.

            Booking id : NH[protected]

            So it was our check-in day @summer house and was excited to have a great stay and service mentioned while booking but it turned off the impression of a 5 star hotel.

            Firstly, nobody was cautious due to the COVID situation & they didn't checked the temperature. ITs a BASIC thing.

            Secondly, I've booked a deluxe room with a balcony

            But they have provided a room without balcony (ground floor room).

            Note: Ground floor room is not called balcony room in any hospitality industry.

            After I called to MakeMyTrip support team they have also not helped post which they connect me to Hotel general manager Mr. Samarth Singhal- he was obnoxious in treating and greeting guests, his snooty attitude degraded the image of the hotel and staff members.

            I have traveled 350km far for this trip and after a binge discussion with Samarth and the team- who were not helpful at all, they have given me room w/o balcony.

            After entering, the setup box was not recharged, I called reception multiple times but there was a delay to it not fixed,

            Coming onto food, non-veg was not available and while ordering it was told that it will be available next day in lunch, however, it wasn't.

            Whomsoever we ask for food or room or anything they come up with one statement " I don't know, I am new here ".

            Room service is too slow,

            An exception is everywhere and It was a non-satisfactory stay, a plethora of things were not acceptable. They should maintain the dignity of the hotel by keeping the above points in place.

              Hi Team,

              My name is Jayant Gusain and on the 16th of February 2021, I was trying to book my return ticket (Bangalore to Delhi to Bangalore) from the MakeMyTrip website,
              Despite a successful payment (INR 9, 758 via my Credit card) the tickets were not booked and I didn't receive any booking ID.
              When I reached out to bank, I was informed that the credit card transaction is successful from their end (the debit is showing in my account statement) and they asked me to check with the merchant (Make My Trip).
              I have tried calling all the numbers which are given at the website but none of it has been helpful as its all IVR based with no option to tale to customer care executive.
              How does a customer even reach out to Makemytrip support and how does one escalate within their management ? The only option seems to be to go to their CEO/Managements twitter handle and post our complaints.

                Hi Team,

                I done flight booking from Dehradun to Hyderabad for date of travelling 17th March but on 16th March I reschedule it for 20th March. On 16th March Rescheduling time I was doing payment of Rs 3086(apply coupon Real Amount 3300) which is failed from Makemytrip site as I apply coupon on it. but amount deducted from my account.

                So I done payment of Rs 3300 again as support guy told Rs 3086 will be refund in 6-7 days.

                its more then 7 months but still I don't receive my amount of Rs.3086.

                I tried to contact by provide contact number many times also send more than 35 emails but no response.

                Can you please take a look on it ASAP.

                I already raise a complaint but it nit resolve - ID 2738625

                  I transferred my make my trip wallet amount to my bank account. They said they are gonna send it to my bank account in 10-12 working days. But it's been more than 3 weeks and I still didn't get my money into my bank account. I'm unable to get to them through phone call. since I stay out of India I'm unable to call them . They have only India toll-free numbers. And they don't have a customer service email address.

                    Recent stay at moksh sariska
                    This property is not a resort to stay for decent beings
                    they have associated themselves with MMT to hide what is actually going on there.
                    day time they are busy with shooting local objectionable dance items and night time is reserved for illegal activities ( i[censored] know what i mean)
                    receptionist was drunk from 5 pm itself and i guess his actual profession is P**p .

                    we felt like we booked a red light area for this cost, felt so terrible threatened.
                    people come there stay without reservation for ...

                    i m very much feeling cheated
                    trusting that i m booking through MMT
                    people were coming there at 12 AM talking vulgar .

                    we couldn't sleep whole night just wanted to leave that hell as soon as sun rises

                    no cordination between staff and drunk receptionist
                    people from outside visit there to stare the ladies staying there for which receptionist only helps

                      With respect to my PNR CMGWXA, MakeMyTrip has not refunded INR 17, 744 for the cancelled flight from Indigo? MakeMyTrip has already received the entire amount from Indigo Airlines (see below response from Indigo).

                          Dear Team,

                          Yesterday i was trying to book 2 tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata from Make My Trip, After the payment money got deducted from my account and the tickets were not booked. I didn't receive any booking ID.

                          After which i tried messaging the team in the official facebook page of Make my trip and I received a message from them stating money has not reached them.
                          Now the blame game is on, bank is telling to talk to Make my trip and make my trip is telling to talk to bank.
                          But none of them are taking the accountability of my heard earned money.
                          Please help me here .

                            I was trying to book 2 tickets from Bengaluru to Kolkata from make my trip website. But as soon as amount was paid through internet banking after entering the OTP the amount got deducted from the bank and the page showed error in make my trip and the tickets were not booked.
                            After that I tried reaching the customer care numbers but none of them had option of talking with customer care executive.
                            When I enquired bank they are telling money has reached the merchant.
                            Merchant is not responsive enough to let me know what is the issue.
                            The amount deducted is Rs 8000.
                            Please it's a request to refund my amount.
                            I am a middle class person try to understand my pain and emotions..

                                I booked a flight for 3 people including me from Coimbatore to Mumbai for 31st March 2020. This flight got cancelled by airline due to ongoing pandemic. I have received credit voucher of booking amount in my MakeMyTrip account. I am trying to book a flight for me using the credit voucher but it is not allowing me to use voucher unless i book it for all the 3 travelers as per initial booking. I spoke to airline but there is no such restrictions from their side on using the voucher for booking, as per them at least one traveler should be common as per initial booking. I tried to reach MakeMyTrip customer care using phone call and email but there is no response from there side. It's frustrating
                                of not able to connect to customer care to get the resolution and utilize the available voucher for my travel.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is Satya Prakash. I had been following up several time regarding zero cancellation charges and it has not been honored for my booking NF[protected].

                                    The main issue is no proper response has been shared by customer care. While cancellation also there was no help supported and I was asked to check directly with airlines.

                                    Now when everything has been done the cancellation fee and all sorts of deductions applied. Since MMT zero cancellation hasn't been honored due to Covid pandemic or any reason you should at least consider the refund of this facility. This is very frustrating to hear NO response from MMT. Awaiting some positive response from your side.

                                      I have made a booking where in the payment was completed the money were deducted but the end page was your order is awaited I did not get any notifications from MakeMyTrip that my money is safe or anything that might make me feel comfortable there was nothing except this there is just a payment reference number on contacting to make my trip they only assign bots which do not give a solution.
