Wallet money not credited

I had a flight booking for Bangalore pune done with MakeMyTrip with booking id NF[protected]

Due to COVID situation the flight was cancelled and MakeMyTrip initiated the refund. I got an email confirming that the booking has been cancelled and the money has been credited to the MakeMyTrip account wallet.

The email was dated dec 9th. However despite a month having lapsed, the refund amount of Rs 4724 has not...

Money deducted twice for flight from mmt

I booked a round trip from delhi to goa and the amount ( Rs 9749 ) was deducted twice from my account . please help me initiate refund of the extra amnount as i am not able to connect to thier customer suppourt .

Refund not yet received for Amsterdam flight

MakeMyTrip Booking Id: NN[protected]
I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Amsterdam on Emirates Airlines for 24th April 2020. Due to the pandemic, they had issued me another ticket for 16th November 2020. Since the flight was not operational, I cancelled this ticket and raised a refund request. I got a message from MakeMyTrip on 20th November 2020 that your refund has been processed and will reflect in my bank account in 4 working...

Refund makemytrip

My refund against Booking ID NN[protected] was reviewed successfully on 3th January '20 and it was mentioned that my refund will get processed by 31th Dec'20. However it hasn't yet been processed to my account and even after numerous follow up am not getting any revert back from your end. Kindly resolve the issue....

I cancelled my ticket from Indore to Bangalore because of Covid-19 and received my refund in my wallet but when I initiated the transfer from my wallet to my bank account, I did not receive the money in my registered bank account and my wallet balance changed to 0.

Unable to get refund of cancelled flight tickets

Hi, it's been more than 3 weeks since I got sms saying cancelled flight refund has been processed with approval code number. But no amount is reflecting in my account.
In order to get more details i have tried calling and send several emails to customer service but it's of no use .
Kindly let me know how should I contact the customer service or any relevant mail id of make my trip company....

Dear Sir,

Subject booking was cancelled due to Covid lock down. Cancellation amount of Rs.5562/-was credited to my vallet with MMT. Since I was in urgent need of money, I had requested for refund of this amount to my credit card. But now this amount is neither available in my vallet with MMT nor credited to my credit card account.

I have taken up this matter with ICICI bank and they told such refund is not yet...

Credit shell not transferable

I had booked a Spicejet flight in March 2020 (PNR: UBIVVM), which was canceled due to lockdown. I received a credit shell from Spicejet, but MakeMyTrip has put more restrictions on it than are allowed from the DGCA guidelines.
Moreover, there is no provision of talking to a real person through their customer support which makes it even more frustrating.

Refund not given for International Holiday trip

I made a International Holiday trip booking with MakeMyTrip.

Due to Covid, the trip was cancelled and MakeMyTrip told to make refund in form of MakeMyTrip Holiday Vouchers in 5-7 working days.

It is more than a month now and I have still not received the vouchers.

No one replies on the email sent and their is no way to reach a customer care executive for International trips, neither their is...

Refund Not received from Makemytrip

I cancelled my flight by talking to spice jet airlines because of the difference in timings. so, they initiated the refund to the travel agency i.e., makemytrip on the same day. it's been around 20 days, i haven't received the refund. makemytrip made sure that customers will not be able to contact them. i tried to submit a refund request on their website. each time i raise a request i will get a message, oops, something went wrong. no emails...
