The flight booked for 04-Jan-2021 to the US via UK got cancelled due to COVID govt restrictions. However the money hasn't been refunded from MMT till date. And there is no way of getting in touch with them for an issue like this.

Looks like MMT is running a scam by using customer's money. This is the last time I will use their service ever.

    I had raised refund request directly with GoAir Airlines for my flight booking NN[protected] PNR-LYPMQD) which was booked through MMT, and was cancelled due nationwide lockdown. I have recieved confirmation from the airlines that refund is already processed on 8th December 2020. However, no refund has been received yet. Moreover, app shows that refund is still awaited from airlines.

    I fail to understand why MMT is unable to process refunds on time.This is the 3rd instance where my refunds have been withheld by MMT for months. I have been sending several reminder mails for refund. However, no response!

    We have been using MMT for all our travel bookings, but this year MMT service has been extremely disappointing. I want to know the exact date when my refund would be

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

      The issue that I have experienced was: The Airline : Air Asia had created a credit shell for the ticket price which was to be used later but after the Government's directive they have deposited the amount to Make my Trip account which is not reflecting and also neither has it come back to my wallet or credit card.The reference no. given by Air Asia is 82551560 for refund of Rs.3580.

      It occurred on: 8/04/2020

      Look into the above matter on a priority basis

      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

          Horrible outstation cab experience on date 27 Jan 2021

          I recently had a very bad experience with MMT. I had booked my cab (MAKEMYTRIP BOOKING ID: NC[protected] from Manali to Chandigarh Airport. I was travelling with my family.
          I thought i will use this platform since till now I always had a pleasant experience with MakeMyTrip. I have been using your platform for numerous of my travels till date and I am satisfied with your services till date except this time.

          I had booked my ticket Hyderabad to Mumbai to Riyadh during May 2020, due to lockdown and no operations my ticket got cancelled and subsequently on applying they have provided Rs. 17, 623 Credit shield,

          I have been trying to get this used against my proposed travel since 3 months, I have became fool and running pillar to post, some times they say to contact International division, some time they say domestic division as I will be planning to travel in domestic sector.

          Due to lockdown, my project got cancelled and will be not be travelling in international sector.

          My booking id is NN[protected]. Finding difficulty in using my credit shield available. Being the last date for utilization is 28th Feb 2021. Lot of mental stress going on being a amount sizably bigger.

          No over phone solution being provided, no escalation mechanism available, no email id available for lodging complaints.

            My flight cancelled due to covid-19. And refund from make my trip was processed on 11-jan-2021. However, till now the amount has not been credited in my bank account. I also have provided all necessary bank related details on 10-jan-2021.

              Hello I booked a ticket from khammam to Satna on 29th Dec 2020 in Ganga kaveri express train via phone number [protected]. IRCTC I'd is showing that ticket was cancelled and amount has been refunded to MMT Rs 2160 but my MMT app is showing successful booking and I haven't been refunded the amount. Screenshot attached for your reference

                My refund was given back to my flight agent on[protected] today its[protected] still there is not responce from MMT and they keep on saying wait for 48 hours .. its almost 8days not but i have not recived my refund..                   Money debited from bank account while booking ticket for Ranchi of Spicejet on 2nd February, 2021, but it showed in MMT site that ticket has not been booked, please let me know when I will get the booking money return to my bank account

                    Booking ID: NF[protected], Flight Cancelled by the Airline Vistara, MMT is working as third party to book the tickets, Its been almost 9 months still they are not refunding my amount. I tried contacting MMT almost 50 times, no customer support, no response on emails no chat support, I am clueless.

                    Please help me!

                      I had booked nagpur to pune flight ( booking ID - NF[protected] ) on 29/01/2021 . The MMT showed the payable amount of Rs. 6627/- and deducted the same, however invoice shared was showing only 6498/- amount. There is no mention of extra rs. 129/-
                      Please share correct invoice or refund 129/- rs.

                      The same issue happened today. As i booked another flight from Mumbai to Delhi (Booking ID- NF[protected] ) the invoice shows 39 rs lesser than the actual amount MMT deducted from HDFC credit card.

                      Kindly help and share correct invoices or refund the extra amount which is not mentioned in invoices.

                        I initially booked my return ticket from Boston to Chennai for 7th of December via booking reference VV2WGJ through make my trip(Rs.68, 857 for both ways and hence the price of single way came to Rs.34, 428.50)

                        On 15th March 2020 I postponed to 3rd April 2020 by me due to health issues by paying USD 100 more (hence the cost of return ticket was Rs.41, 428.50 approximately assuming the USD conversion rate was 7000 at that time)
                        On 18th March 2020 British airways cancelled the ticket due to international lock down in India. I have applied for the e voucher equivalent to the ticket price on the same day. British airways sent me a confirmation mail that my future travel voucher was under process and I will receive the same in the next seven days, which I have not received till date.
                        British airways sent me a mail on 25th June 2020 that the refund should be processed only through my booking agent which is Make my trip.
                        Make my trip has the following email ids in their website and I have sent a mail to all the 3. The response is given below:

                        [protected]@makemytrip.com - no acknowledgement received

                        [protected]@makemytrip.com - mails bounced back stating that there is no such id.

                        [protected]@makemytrip.com - the auto response is pasted for your reference:

                        "Thank you for contacting us. We request you to visit the My Trips page via app or website for your booking related query."

                        I registered a compaint through make my trip app for claiming my refund. They have responded to me on 16/12/2020 with the status "response awaited from airlines" from a noreply email id to which we will never be able to write back. Most of the help line numbers given in their website are wrong and the toll free number takes us to IVR facility only and we will never be able to talk to any of them.
                        It is going to be one year now and Iam made to run from pillar to post by make my trip. Iam attaching the word file which contains the mail confirmations I received from British airways and make my trip. Request you to help me in getting my refund of Rs.41, 428.50 at the earliest.

                            I booked 2 tickets from MMT app for 13 th feb 2021 (Ahemdabad to Bhopal flight - 6E7166) on 1st feb 2021. Payment was done through BHIM app (screenshot attached). After the payment made, money got deducted from my Bank account but booking ID didnt generate and i have not received ticket till now. I have been continuously following up MMT on facebook and Twitter as no formal procedure is in place to directly call to customer care. I want my money to get refunded as no ticket has been booked against the payment that has done from my end.

                                It has been more than 1 and half month since I requested transfer of my funds from MakeMyTrip to my bank account and I have not yet received my money.

                                MakeMyTrip has cheated me and no one is picking up from their customer care. Please help.

                                  I had 24443 rupees balance in the wallet of MMT. I clicked on the tab to transfer that amount to my bank. The moment I clicked on the transfer button, wallet showed zero balance. After that I received a mail with a link to open a page and submit mg credentials only after that the MMT would initiate the transfer. When I clicked on the link, the page couldn't open. It says, oops! Something went wrong try again. I tried several times, bug the same message appeared. I tried to call the customer care, but its all computerized meaning, in no way you can talk to the customer care assistant.

                                  I tried to contact through facebook, they replied and sent the link, but it did not open either. Most of the time, the facebook reply is automatic and sometimes they reply with a note that they are trying their best to resolve the issue.
