[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Not taking decision on Kashmir tour packeges and not refunding money

I have done booking with MK MY TRIP for Kashmir trip for Diwali vacation, looking at present situation I am asking Mk My trip management to change my booking to some other destination or refund my money. This request I am doing them for last more than 10 days i.e. 7th Sept, immediately after honorable prime minister declared it as worst ever disaster of the Kashmir in last 109 years. In spite of repeatedly calling them, mailing them so far they are not responding at all and giving only one answer “we can’t do anything right now, wait for some time”. Now in this waiting period all other tour cost has either increased to great extend or seats are not available. So we have lost money and our vacation also spoiled.
