Make My Trip — Refund money in wallet

Today i have cancelled my flight Delhi to Pune, there was two option 1 is Refund money in Wallet & 2nd is Refund money in my bank account, i choose 2nd option, but company transfer money in wallet after that i called them customer care but they not help me, my call was disconnected team, kindly request them please refund my money in my bank account. Please help me.

Totally a bitter experience with Make my Trip Company.. it seems that it is a company of total irresponsible people...Company people don, t care to respond even after 3 weeks of complaint...so bad experience . I won't recommend at all this company to anyone.
