Hi, I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore through Makemytrip Mobile App for August 4th 2015 Spicejet 15:45 flight and when i received an email from Makemytrip with Itinerary it shows August 3rd 6:15 AM flight which i have never opted or selected. I tried to reach customer support, but the customer support is so worst that they put your call on hold and never resume, i almost called several times and had to wait almost 50min in each call and the same way they put on hold and never resume.
Very bad experience from Makemytrip support also i feel that booking directly through airline website is always suggested because this is purely an issue with Makemytrip software and at the end of the day customer loses his money
My mobile app shows original booking but when i visit website and check on manage booking i can see the faulty ticket
I have attached here screenshot of my ticket booked from Mobile and the ticket that was received, you can see both have same booking id.

In reference to your complaint, we have checked your case and found that your Birth was changed by the Bus vendor at the time of travel. Please be informed that we have already mentioned on the e-ticket sent to all passengers that Bus operator reserves the rights to change the seat number. MakeMyTrip does not hold any rights on this.
