HOTEL DENYING ACCOMMODATION

I had done a booking for O LAND PLANTATION at CONOOR .from 8th May to 10th May through make my trip. When i called up the hotel people they are denying accomodation on the above mentioned dates as all their rooms are full.They have said that they had intimated MAKE MY TRIP about the same. I request that accomodation be provided at the said hotel or a full refund of the amount paid up which is Rs. 11, 500/....

failed transaction -refund money

I had booked a ticket on 20th april from PNB account but the transaction was failed and Rs 8608 was debited from my account. I booked the same ticket again on 21st april from SBI account, as it was urgent, and Rs 8608 was again debited. So, for one ticket, money was debited twice, that is, for one ticket Rs 17216 was debited. I want you to refund Rs 8608 as soon as possible, which were debited on 20th april on a failed transaction....

Non receipt of refund after air ticket cancellation

I have received poor response from makemy trip on processing of my refund on cancellation of my tickets in Feb'15 (reference ID-NF[protected]. It's been two months but still I have not received my refund of 4400/- even after regular followups and complains. Money deducted but hotel booking details not issued

I booked a hotel in Allahabad from "Make My Trip.com" for Rs 338. My Booking ID is IN1504B0S141497. They gave me a link in my email asking to make payment from that. I did the same. Full amount for cancellation not refunded

On 30/03/2015 I booked two return flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai.My booking ID is NF[protected].The base fare was Rs12928/- alongwith conveinance fee of Rs 700/-. over charge exchange rate
