[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Tickets got cancelled with concern

With reference to the booking ID NF[protected] with make my trip for my journey from Mumbai to Madurai on 08.01.2016 and madras to Mumbai on 13.01.2016 which I have booked on 11.08.2015 and confirmation of the ticket booking was received through mail dated 11.08.2015 from Make my trip at 12:33 PM. Now, today when I called up at Air India Customer care number to know the flight status I got to know that my ticket is cancelled by the travel agent i.e., Make my Trip on 09.10.2015 at 10:00 AM itself through Travel Agent System AMAEDEUS and I can not travel tomorrow whereas I have not received any information (neither phone nor mail) from Make my trip or Air India. However, Make my trip customer care executives are still replying that your ticket is confirmed as per our records when I called today to know about the problem occurred. Now, this being an important visit to Madurai (due to which i have booked the ticket in Aug' 15 for my journey in Jan' 16) I have to reach there by tomorrow. If I would have come to know in Time that my tickets are cancelled then I would have arranged for others tickets but now it is charging very high. I want Make my Trip to arrange for my new tickets without any additional charges so that I can go for Madurai tomorrow itself. Because of company I have to go through lot of mental pressure and torture since morning am calling to your coustomer care ( executive miss ruchi and Mr Rahul) and asked them to connect my call senior or concern person but they dint allow me to talk and they have told me that they have arranged the call back and I'll get the call in 2 hours but for this also 5 hours are passed but no proper response I have recieve till now you people cheated me and many others. It's a shame on your company. Besides this, I would like to share that in case of no response or non availability of tickets from your side, I will go for complaint to Consumer Forum and along with that legal actions against Make my Trip. I want the matter to be solved by today other wise I'll make a social issue and I said above will compliant in consumer court for mental harassment.
