[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Twice Billed for one ticket and repeated alternative day..

I am writing this out of frustration and sadness...Just because of busy schedules, we turned to this websites to book flight tickets and flights. I have booked my tickets to Bangalore on[protected] and[protected] in Make my trip website. ECOM PUR/MakeMyTrip (I/GURGAON/130815/10 ECOM PUR/MakeMyTrip (I/GURGAON/110815/22 Both time they have twice billed for a single ticket..and when i noticed it, the COMEDY begun. Make my trip customer care said, i will have to send the bank statement to them and wait for 7 working days..Why? it just took them 3 WORKING SECONDS to twice bill me.. when i contacted my Axis Bank, and notified this Make my trip incident, they sent me a big page to download, and directed me to take a printout, fill in that, sign and scan and mail them... Just because, i do not have time, i booked flight, while trains are much cheaper. DO THEY RESPECT OUR TIME? They should have realized this twice billing and should have called me and corrected it by themselves..Rather, i had paid the broker commission to make my trip, and Paid my annual fee to Axis Bank, then i run around pillar to post for something i was not responsible for... Believe me Guys..Be WARY of big transactions with Make my trip...Otherwise, you will be a fruit cake.What they will steal is your TIME, and if you do not notice, your Money.
