Make My Trip — Unfair Service

Hi There,

I booked a Delux room in Peace Residency, Pondicherry for a family with two adults and two kids.
They charged money for four people but they gave us single budget room, even It's not a hotel, it's a hostel.
MakeMyTrip charged me 17000 INR for two days even It's not cost of 4000 INR for two days.
