[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Baggage allowance not issued properly

Hi, For a while I have been talking to an agent from Makemytrip about the 3 piece baggage problem. When I first talked to him about the ticket, he told me about the fare for an airline flight ticket with three baggage allowance. I agreed and went ahead booking the flight. But the ticket I was issued had only 2 bags written on it and on asking, I got the answer that it depends on the airlines whether to issue the third bag to you or not. So, previous to the booking it was said that your ticket will be booked with the extra baggage and after booking it became, it would be upto airlines whether to approve the third baggage or not. So what is/was this confusion? Whereas some days back 5-6 of my friends booked the ticket for the same airlines through other makemytrip agent and they got the ticket with 3 pieces of baggage. So, just as an inquiry I saw my ticket on airline website which showed 2 pieces of baggage and called them as well. Well, they said they don't allow 3 piece of baggage if it is not mentioned on their system. After that I talked to agent and as I told him this scene, he sent me a Makemytrip ticket with 3 piece of baggage. After this, I again went to the airline website to re-check and called them. They said there are only 2 pieces of baggage mentioned at their end and they don't allow the 3rd piece on showing the I20 at the airport. It should be updated at their end and then only they can allow the third baggage. So, on calling Makemytrip again I was told that you can carry the third bag and they'll allow at the airport. I have been following the Makemytrip customer care since one and half months but not positive response. I have also called some senior members, but they are also not responding to my calls. Today, the senior member picked up and disconnected the call.
